I have gone to Baskin Robins in over 22 states and this location is by far the very worst. You should not even be a Baskin robins if you don’t want to buy supplies. The workers are lazy and will blame you for their mistake.

Weird Baskin Robbins. Only about 8 flavors, most unlabeled. They will only accept TMobile coupons during certain hours but won't tell you until after they've scooped your ice cream. Big disappointment. Go to Ranc's around the corner. (Unless you have a coupon like we did)

Disgusting behavior by the 2 ladies that are there in the evening. Very rude for no reason, she assumed I was “rolling my eyes” while I was looking up to read the menu, their hours are not the same as google. I drove from so far to come here just because it said it was open when we got there she was extremely extremely rude and did not even acknowledge the fact that there are confused customers instead started yelling and saying we’re closed.

Went to get ice cream and use coupon for $5 off and it was packed. Employee yelled that they were closed for more people because he didn't want to stay late. Not great way to handle the situation.

I was so glad to see that they cater for diabetics. My husband and I had the no sugar added option. My kids had the Bourbon Pecan Pie flavor along with the Caramel Cheesecake flavor. We also had the donut balls and a chocolate brownie from the attached dunkin donuts. Christopher our server was so friendly and polite. I will definitely return.

One of the workers was doing a great job trying to make my drink. The other worker came back in and was rude and condescending to me. A Baskin Robin's mocha cappuccino blast tastes way better than a Dunkin Donuts frozen coffee. Just because they share the space doesn't mean the drink tastes the same and The rude kid tried to convince me they did.

As a Baskin Robbins, this place is definitely disappointing. No waffle cones, only about 8 flavors of ice cream. Staff was fine and the location was clean, but it just doesn't really hold up to expectations for BR.
