First time at this location, and I just wanted to say that the young lady behind the counter was fabulous! She was pleasant, and sweet and made a fantastic iced coffee and wake- up wrap for me. Next time I'm in this area, I would make a point to visit this location.

Great customer service. I started coming to this one instead of my Mundelein location. I am in and out faster, the staff is always very friendly and helpful, and my coffee is always how I ordered it.

The Dunkin Donuts in Libertyville is one of the many places I go to with my my wife it's a very clean store that has extremely friendly staff that are very helpful. I've been going to Dunkin Donuts, and I'm saying just not this Dunkin Donuts for at least 25 years now I really injoy everything thay
