Excellent Food &Service. We were not sure when we entered, the setting is a bit dated; but, once seated, we were impressed with the cordiality of the server & co-owner, Erin. The wine list probably needs a little more attention (additional Meritages would be a good start), but, we were satisfied with our selection. Pricing, both on wines & food was extremely reasonable (actually, based on the food, probably under priced).

Our Beef Welllington was cooked to perfection, pastry flaky & light, beef rare with warm center (not over cooked), Escargot were perfect, Beet appetizer was best we've had in long time. The co-owner Chef knows what he is doing and hit our requests on the head.

Definitely on our must return to list.

Fabulous Food. Really delicious dinner. Everything we had was well presented and perfectly prepared. Nice place too. Try the goat cheese appetizer, the snapper, the braised beef, classical creme brulee. Will go back again and again.

Still a Winner!. A little back story: I last visited this delightful establishment 2 decades ago. Back then, they had a wonderful dish on the regular menu of calf's liver sauteed in a raspberry vinaigrette reduction. I would take people here who swore up and down that they hated liver and would bet them that they would love it the way it was prepared here. I never lost that bet!

Finding ourselves en route from South Beach to Palm Beach last night in terrible traffic, hunger overtook us and we decided (i.e. my girlfriend insisted) to revisit the Brazilian Steakhouse Gaucho Rodizio which had pleasantly surprised us just last month. Boy, were we surprised to find the door chained and a note scrawled on a manila file folder affixed to the door announcing their closure. Ah, well, such is the restaurant business the world over.

After a few U-turns I noticed a familiar strip mall that I had not been to in 20 years and there was Le Bistro after all these years, just as I remembered it. We took a chance at 7:15 and went inside without a reservation. We were immediately shown to a delightful table by the window and were extremely well taken care by the professional staff. Somehow she managed to order a bottle of still water before I had my napkin on my lap.

The wine list was a delight and we ordered a bottle of Prosecco that while a bit dry for her tastes, suited me just fine. We proceeded to devour the assiette of 3 cheeses. The Stilton made one pucker (in a good way) and the Taleggio was excellent. The presentation was very well done with a dollop of honeycomb and toasted almonds. Also, the in house baked bread was wonderful as was the dish of olives that disappeared before I could try even one (she was VERY hungry).

We followed that up with a delicious Duck Soup that we shared. It appeared a little thin to me at first, but after one bite I was immediately impressed.

For dinner they had a special dish I just couldn't resist. It was a bone-in veal chop in a white mushroom sauce and it was absolutely perfectly cooked and presented. For her, it was the Grouper en papillote that had the most delicious combination of cilantro and ginger sprinkled on top. Both of our plates were clean when we were finished.

I don't know where we found the room ,but we ended the evening with the Grand assiette of dessert sampler which included homemade strawberry gelato, creme brulee (very cutely served in an espresso cup), a chocolate mousse that was amazing and an apple tart that was just perfect.

It was a wonderful night and we were well satiated to continue on to Palm Beach for cocktails where all we talked about was how great our dinner was!

It's a remarkable achievement for a restaurant to be able to retain it's superiority after 20 years and I commend the new owners for following up and carrying forward such a tradition of excellence.

Great Find. In a little strip mall on Federal Highway is this gem of a restaurant serving eclectic food with a French influence. The Chef seems to really know what he is doing with an everchanging tasting menu and fresh ingredients used in all of his dishes. I have never been disappointed in any of my choices. He should bottle his salad dressing.

Best food really, everything from appetizer to entree and dessert was amazing. Left every plate empty. The best beef Wellington I’ve ever had, I love that this is close to where I live. Definitely worth the drive from where ever you’re coming from for a nice, romantic and home vibe feel in this nice restaurant. Ellen and chef Andy are truly amazing and I can’t wait to go back.

What a surprisingly delicious, elevated spot! It’s cute but not stuffy, with an approachable vibe and excellent food. Tried the blue crab cake, a special waygu poutine, steak Diane, creme brûlée, and the chocolate torte. Everything was so delicious and well-balanced! My favorites were the steak and the torte, but everything was honestly excellent. My husband had a special pork dish and he loved that too. The torte felt a little more like a fudge than a cake, but it was delicious all the same. It came with excellent fresh fruit and had such a wonderful balance of flavors and textures. The server was great and the meal was paced perfectly. They have an extensive wine menu and some beers as well. Really looking forward to coming back to try more of the menu!

We went last night for the first time for dinner. The food was delicious and we were surprised at the large portions. The Calamari appetizer was cooked perfectly. The House salads were the best I’ve ever had and the homemade blue cheese dressing was out of this world. Our main course meals were both cooked to perfection. The Oso Buco was so tender and prepared just right. I had homemade pasta, with sausage peppers onions which was out of this world. Our server Stacia was exceptional!! We met Ania the manager and she was so lovely and gracious! Great atmosphere and my new favorite place in beautiful downtown Tarpon Springs!! Will be going back to try some of the other great dishes on the menu.

Amazing food. I ordered the onion soup and my wife got the blue crab cake. Both were out of this world. The entree we ordered was the Beef Wellington and needless to say it did not disappoint. The chef and his wife are both very nice people. Will be back again.

My husband and I ate her for the first time this evening for our Anniversary, we were dining with our new born as well. The owner was very welcoming and gave us a nice quiet corner to dine in! The beef Wellington was unreal, we can’t wait to go back to order it again. Such a lovely little bistro, you must dine here!

What a great place! Came to dinner here with my husband and my 19 month old. We loved it!! We loved the ambiance, the jazz music, the lighting and the feel of the restaurant. It’s the type of place you can really enjoy a glass of wine and feel super cozy in. It’s very intimate and overall had a great vibe. The food was also amazing! We had crab cake, risotto (best I’ve ever had!) and the beef Wellington!! everything was so delicious! They even gave us a complimentary frozen mango dessert! We are coming back for sure! Highly recommend it! You will love it!

I absolutely loved this restaurant. Well, this is the real meaning of you get what you pay for, it’s a little bit pricey, but I must say it’s worth it. Don’t miss out! Btw I had the lamb and it was delicious.

Absolutely loved it! My partner and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary here because he wanted to surprise me with a Kitchen Nightmares restaurant (I'm a HUGE Gordon Ramsey fan) and this place did not disappoint. We had the Beef Wellington for 2, the Scallop Civiche, and the Profiteroles for dessert. The meal came with a palate cleanser which was a very nice touch. The owners are also very nice and the place looked beautiful. I definitely recommend trying this one out for that special celebration.

We went to Le bistro after a friends recommendation. We were on vacation and were looking for a nice quaint restaurant for our anniversary dinner. This place fit the bill PERFECTLY. Although it was very quite that night (because of summer off season), it worked out fantastic for us. The staff was extremely attentive and the two meals we had (Steak Diane and Pesto Shrimp Risotto) were both cooked perfectly. Try the Limoncello!! The only bad thing was that we were going home the next day or we would have gone back the next night to try a few other dishes. I wanted to try the Roast Rack of Lamb. I GUESS IT Will BE NEXT TIME!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
