I'm from out of town and when the front desk at the hotel said it was a must try, I just had to. Great little retro burger shop! All the people complaining about how it's not clean and perfect like a modern restaurant are just being picky. Great nostalgia and a great burger to boot!
Found this building oddly enough through studying old architecture! My visit was amazing, complete with a perfect burger and the best fast food fries I've ever had.
Expect to wait a bit. Everyone is short-staffed right now, and historic diners is no different. An eight minute wait seemed very fair
Good food, but kind of dirty. Had a fly in the pie once. I really hope that was a one off. Everyone talks about how good the burgers are but I'm not too big on them. The frozen yogurt is really good though.
Wow! What amazing burger place at an amazing price! Everything was top quality food and the Pies… uh-mazing. Did I mention the frozen yogurt and the cool staff! Nothing like this I have seen in all my travels around the USA!
Everything about this place is amazing. The staff was so fun and friendly. Every customer was happy. Burgers are top notch dinner style and I highly recommend stopping by!
They make a good burger!!! A must try & be sure to get all the toppings & even if they charge extra for the toppings I'm telling you it's way cheaper then eating anywhere in Philly!! 3 double cheese burgers and 2 regular cheese burger . The 2 doubles had everything except bacon.1 double was a plain
Was in Lima OH for work & a local told me I had to try this place for lunch. Omg it was delicious! The burgers & pie were great. Guess this was the place Wendy's got their burger recipes from I was told? This place blows all Wendy's out the water!
Great classic burger place. "Your Grandpappy ate here!" I'm sure he did. The blueprint for Wendy's. Seriously, look it up. Dave Thomas worked at a Kewpee. If you can't see the similarities, get your eyes checked! I try to stop at one of the last 3 of these places everytime I'm through Lima.
