The staff today was THE BEST! We just left St. Rita's, where we found out my mother, who has mild dementia, can no longer drive. The news was devastating. We figured Chipotle would cheer her up. But I worried about how she would do ordering. The staff was so patient, kind and calm. She was able to order without feeling embarrassed that she couldn't do it fast enough. Way to go guys! Keep up the great work! P.S., she loved her meal!

Lydia (our daughter) has celiac disease, so eating out is difficult. We have to ask the people handling her food to change their gloves and we have to make sure surfaces are cleaned before her food is prepared. Our local Chipotle went above and beyond today: "The people at Chipotle were soooo nice. The guy had everyone wash their hands and change their gloves. He also had them clean the tongs and spoons. At the end when we were paying he bought us both drinks i think because we were smiling :D"

Nice welcome from employees. Two burritos, one steak, one chicken. Both seemed very salty. Dining area was mostly clean. Food prep area was not clean.
I mostly order on their app... It was hit or miss with kids meals for awhile. Always was missing something. But lately they have stepped up their game and I've had consistently better and more accurate orders.
It probably was just a bad day for the guy making my burrito, but this was smallest one I've had made by any Chipotle...LOL. I stopped through as I was traveling from Dayton to Grand Rapids. Everything else was a normal Chipotle experience.
As a contractor hired to complete roof repairs, I see a lot of back end operations and kitchen. What I saw and experienced on my visit to repair the roof above chipotle, was impressive to say the least. Super friendly and helpful managers and employees, amazing training protocols and cleaning routines, clean and organized kitchen. Nice job!!!
Food was fast, tasty, and fresh tasting. Service was friendly and efficient. Price was reasonable. And they accommodated for my vegan needs. I got a salad with brown rice, blackbeans, sofritas, veggies, and rojo sauce.
