Out of the 8 hard taco Supreme I ordered, 2 didn't have sour cream and all 8 were cold as was the chalupa! Seriously, you just opened! The food should be fresh and hot!

This location is usually really good but the last 2 times my family has ordered here the food has been disgusting and cold. We live 2 minutes away and the food was ice cold and cheese wasn't even melted.
Being a GrubHub/Dasher having the lobby closed all the time even with low staff makes the drive-thru not only time consuming but frustrating and the worst Taco Bell location in the Lima area.
It's absolutely astonishing that a restaurant can serve 100 items all with the same ingredients on it and still make people think one item is better than the other??? This isn't good Mexican food it's barely better than freezer aisle food
Nice outlet with some good tacos. Standard taco bell experience. The outlet is neat n clean, the loos are well maintained too. We stopped here for a quick bite on our road trip. Overall recommend it 👍
Everything tasted great, they got all of our food and our order right, but as you can see from the picture they did a very poor job of packing the tacos. This is how it came out. other than that we love this taco Bell and the staff is always friendly and kind and a lot of fun to talk to.
I ordered food online after I got off work and then went thru the drive thru to pick it up. The Wapak Taco Bell is always excellent! This Taco Bell was awful. I ordered 2 triple layers nachos- both with no beans, add 3 cheese, add shredded chicken to one and steak to the other (I order this often).
