Been eating Donatos for years, just glad I now only have to drive 1 hr to get it instead of 3. Thank you Lima Donatos. Best pizza anywhere in my opinion

Good pizza at a fair price
So I’m in Ohio for work. And Im originally from Chicago “home of the best pizza.” This was better than any deep dish I’ve ever had in Chi, and I prefer thin crust so it was just that much better (i think deep dish is overrated). But yea, best pizza I’ve had in a very long time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend to everyone reading this
Quite easily my favorite pizza place here in Lima. Store is always clean, food is always banging. Every time I try something new from there it's great. I don't eat there as often as I used to for health related issues, but this place will always be my guilty pleasure for pizza/calzones.
First off Donato's pizza is great no matter if you have any customer service issues.
This location is clean, and has good parking. My wife ordered pizza online to pick up from this location. When I arrived' they had not processed my order or made anything. The manager found my order and began making my order. They didn't have any large dough ready so I received 2 medium sized pizzas in lieu which I was happy with. The food came out great, I just had to wait a little extra.
I am not sure if it was the company process of receiving online orders, or just an employee error, but the manager was genuinely apologetic about the error.
If you're on Elida road and you want pizza, definitely stop at Donato's.

Received a phone call from the franchise owner who was genuinely concerned about my experience. It's good to see businesses owners care about the success and reputation of their company.
Fast service, thin crust pizzas and interesting toppings. We had the Hawaiian pizza and it had cinnamon on it. It was great definitely worth checking out.
I think the Big Don Italian sub is by far the absolute best Italian sub you can get anywhere. This particular Donatos is clean, friendly staff, fast service 👌. I'd eat here anytime. 😋
6/16/2021 was my 3rd time ordering from Donatos since I discovered how great their food is! But that day everything was even greater!! The warm cinnamon sticks were baked to perfection. Usually they are good but a little burnt on the bottom, this day they were so moist and the bottom was golden brown! The pizza was wonderful, and their wings are ridiculously good!! Props to the cook for doing a wonderful job on 6/16/2021 around 230-300.
