Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this. It's take out only, but the food is hot and fresh, or cold and fresh if you get sushi. All I can say is great service and delicious food!
The most important thing you should know about Ginger Asian Kitchen is that the food here is terrific. We had the pad thai and udon noodles with veggies, two very different sauces and flavor. GAK knocked both out of the park. They could really improve their restaurant by rethinking the decor. It's not inviting. Also the floor was dirty and sticky, as others have noted. Also, for a dish with just noodles and vegetables, the portion could've been better. Oh, and get some vegetarian options on the menu and in your marketing. Keep up the good work.

The chicken on a stick is delicious. The rest of the food is decent, the prices are steep for what you get. It also seems like there are two chiefs with extremely different cooking styles, one I carve the other not so much.

The best more inexpensive Chinese food in Lima, in my opinion. Food is always right and hot, and the quality is amazing! I don't eat sushi but my s/o says its the best!
