We used the delivery service and the drivers have all been very nice. We ordered a hand tossed supreme and wings and we're not disappointed. The pizza was full of toppings and they are not paper thin. Delicious! The wings are good too. Consistent good food and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!!
Love going to pizza hut, they have great pizza, but they also have very good bread sticks.
I ordered from my local Lima Ohio Pizza Hut and it was perfectly done and the service is great.

Very disappointed in the quality, and portion of Buffalo Chicken Salad. Compared to when it was on the menu before this is nothing I would order again. Eating at home is becoming more and more frequent due to poor experiences when eating out!
Never had an issue until last night. Partner works 12 hour shifts so we ordered delivery when it was 2 degrees last night. Ordered same way we always do, text notifications, contactless, note to leave on swing. I get two texts, one for prep, one for on its way. For the first time ever, no delivered
Pizza was poorly made and not cut. Paod for extra cheese they forgot and was not offered a refund or a way to make it right.. Was laughed at on phone and hung up on.. Very poor customer service
The pizza was not completely done. The crust was soft around the edge. The inside under the topping the dough was not completely done.
