Their service was good. I didn't order any food and it was only a drive through, so the atmosphere aspect doesn't apply. The latte I ordered with honey and oat milk was very good.
Was getting Impatient sitting in line for over 20 min and was even getting angry seeing some employees goofing off while we had been waiting for too long. But when we finally got to the window the guys had great customer service and turned a negative review into a positive one. Wife and I both left
DELICIOUS! I always leave happy and excited about my drink, I also love their collectors stickers! Recommend unicorn blood, aftershock, and vampire slayer!
The service is friendly and efficient. The Dallas Dutch Bros is the only one I'll go to in the area. I work in Salem but my experience at those have not been the same. Dallas sets the bar high and the others don't compare in service or taste.

My fave coffee business hands down!!! Their customer service model is top notch, unlike any of their competitors!!!! SO friendly, fast even when there are lines of cars .. just always a great experience!! Get the same great service at all locations 99% of the time!!

The wife and I love Dutch bros. This store is in a terrible location for blocking traffic and parking for other businesses. We stopped in at 11 am on July 5th, 2022 and cars were spilling out both direction. They rocked it though! Kept the cars moving and the guy taking orders was so friendly!
