I love this Dutch Bros. Kudo's to Cameron and Henry.They have excellent customer service skills and I am going to drive into town, from Gleneden Beach for a delicious Americano with extra sweet coconut syrup. Everyone there is great, I just don't know their names! Love this place. I have never had a bad experience at any Dutch Bros., but this one is my favorite. Keep up the great work!
Love these young people, love Dutch Bros, and the Lincoln City Dutch is my fave. Thoughtful and quick witted, they're awesome, and they put up with me changing my mind sometimes on a last second basis about what I want to order!! Thanks all!

These guys are awesome. So friendly and personal. Great prices. Amazing coconut milk chai tea. Love it so much we both bought reusable cups for souvenirs. Wish we had these in Canada. How can I open a franchise in Kamloops BC?
It's great to see Cameron from the downtown grants pass stand bringing his skills and personality to Lincoln city. It's been almost a year and he still knew my drink and my name. That's awesome!!!!

What truly stood out was the efficiency of the service. Despite the morning rush, the staff maintained a cheerful demeanor and ensured swift service without compromising quality. The baristas exhibited a genuine passion for their craft, evident in the meticulous preparation of each drink.
Not only is your coffee delicious (especially the caramerlizer and hazel nut mocha), but your service is so friendly that they’ve included our little Milo. He loved the puppicino he received from your staff! Thanks for showing the love for our furry baby as well!
I just have to say that Christina went above and beyond for my husband and myself. We were traveling and lost our credit and debit cards. We regretfully only had a $100 bill at 8am. We ended up having a free drink on our Dutch App. She then paid for our second drink as they were unable to break change. Her customer service and bright smiley face was just what I needed this morning. Thank you 😊
Their service was good. I didn't order any food and it was only a drive through, so the atmosphere aspect doesn't apply. The latte I ordered with honey and oat milk was very good.
Was getting Impatient sitting in line for over 20 min and was even getting angry seeing some employees goofing off while we had been waiting for too long. But when we finally got to the window the guys had great customer service and turned a negative review into a positive one. Wife and I both left laughing and smile on our faces. Thank you for the great customer service!
DELICIOUS! I always leave happy and excited about my drink, I also love their collectors stickers! Recommend unicorn blood, aftershock, and vampire slayer!
The service is friendly and efficient. The Dallas Dutch Bros is the only one I'll go to in the area. I work in Salem but my experience at those have not been the same. Dallas sets the bar high and the others don't compare in service or taste.

My fave coffee business hands down!!! Their customer service model is top notch, unlike any of their competitors!!!! SO friendly, fast even when there are lines of cars .. just always a great experience!! Get the same great service at all locations 99% of the time!!
We ordered the mocha Dutch hot drink and it was the same as I tasted it for the first time in Idaho. Love their clean service as we received our order, we didn’t have to wait in line to long. I tried the banana mini, it was 8/10 very delicious and their ginger snap cookies are the flavor bomb of sweetness 8/10
The wife and I love Dutch bros. This store is in a terrible location for blocking traffic and parking for other businesses. We stopped in at 11 am on July 5th, 2022 and cars were spilling out both direction. They rocked it though! Kept the cars moving and the guy taking orders was so friendly!
