Taco Bell is a fast food restaurant. I’m not going to judge it at the same level I would a restaurant where I sit down and a person walks over to take my order. I’m not Gordon Ramsay, and this isn’t Hell’s Kitchen. For this particular order, I ordered online, and customized a few items, adding some ingredients here and there, removing tomatoes from a couple items. My main criteria for fast food is: Are they actually fast, are they friendly, and did they get the order right? I’m happy to say that today, this Taco Bell hit all three. Really impressed they got all the customizations. The food tasted as expected, and that’s all I ask. Thumbs up!

My experience at Taco Bell today was exceptional. It started out bad because I ordered the mexi fries and they were cold so I went back through the drive-thru and let them know they told me to pull around the front and they would bring it out to me I waited 10 minutes and nobody came so I went in and explain what happened and why I was in there and they apologized and said they'd have it right to me the counter lady offered me a free drink and as I was getting my drink the store manager Matt came to the counter and asked me if I had really waited 10 minutes for my order outside and not gotten it and I said yes he asked me what I got and immediately refunded my money and apologized over and over for the inconvenience I was so pleased with this excellent customer service a QA Qe no a smile to my face and I would recommend this Taco Bell

I recently had an experience at my local Taco Bell that left me thoroughly impressed. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the service has noticeably improved with their new staff. As a loyal customer and Doordasher, I've had numerous transactions at this location. I've always been pleased with the food, which consistently meets my expectations. Unlike some other locations, Lincoln city Taco Bell never disappoints with sloppy or inadequate portions. During a particularly busy visit, I observed a fellow dasher becoming increasingly frustrated with the wait time. It was noticeable to other customers and made everyone uncomfortable as they went to get their order while he was standing in the way bothering everyone. However, I want to highlight the professionalism and composure displayed by the Taco Bell staff. They remained calm and focused, ensuring that all customers received their orders promptly. Later in the day, I had the opportunity to meet and chat with some of the employees, namely Jamal and Leo. We discussed the incident, and they were genuinely receptive to my concerns. They assured me that they had addressed the issue and appreciated my patience and understanding. To the entire Taco Bell staff, I want to commend you for the significant improvements you've made recently. Your hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed. Keep up the great work! To my fellow dashers, I encourage you to exercise more patience and understanding. If an order isn't ready immediately, it's not that hard to just sit and wait patiently rather than causing a scene. Let's maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere for everyone involved 🤙🏼

This used to be one of the worst taco bell restaurants. This past year they have really turned things around and have incorporated "fast food" into their standards. Great employees and great service.

Came down from central Oregon. To be honest all the taco bells suck where i live. Was super excited to get great taco bell grub finally. Wonderful service as well. Love love love that we finally found a good taco bell finally!
