We arrived shortly after opening but the dining room had no waitstaff on yet! The bartender was on his own for the dining room and the bar. (He did a great job trying to please everyone. no reservations because could not get though on the phone. I let it ring for 10 minutes before giving up and heading down their myself only to find that the wait staff was called in for 5:30. the dining room only was expecting a bus of 100 people. they got the best service. we had to wait. no co
