Ordered 3 different meals to go, each with a biscuit and not a single one of them had the biscuit! The order was also missing the mashed potatoes in one of the meals. "Thanks" Jordan! 😡😡😡😡 Guess they pick and choose what to include when you order.
I came for lunch at 12:30pm on a Monday and was given chicken that was probably made in the morning, so not fresh or crispy but more hard, dry chicken and stale batter.
Our Chicken Express visit was awesome. A great tasting meal at a good price. Every time my daughter that lives in Arizona visits us, she so makes a Chicken Express visit a MUST!!
The food was good it took a little bit to get my order but most of my food was hot so that was ok. The customer service was good. When you go thru the drive thru make sure you ask for all the condiments and napkins cause they will not be included..

Polite employees but the chicken pieces were very small. The leg looked like the wing drumette. They need to let the chickens reach adulthood before they cook them
Like corn nuggets, but going to have to stop ordering. They have been too dry and eat able and waste of money
