Staff needs retraining (if they ever got training) in customer service and making sure items ordered are in the bag. I have had items missing in my bag on more then one occasion. I decided to start off my cheat day with Wendy's breakfast. I heard they had a pretty good menu. When I arrived the drive thru was empty. The man took my order of a chicken biscuit meal.
