My absolute favorite Chinese place in the West Chicago Suburbs!!
While it's only a takeout place, the food, price, and service is fantastic!
Your neighborhood hole in the wall that's worth driving to even if it's 5+ miles away as I do at least twice a week.
I'm truly fortunate to have Lucky Wok as my go to as I only eat veggies, fruits, and beans.
The veggies are great and the meat dishes are even better!
Lucky Wok is out of this World!!!! A few years back, we catered from them for over 50 people. Lucky Wok was the talk of the party. The pans of food were delicious and mostly meat!! :-) We get food from them all of the time. It is hot, tasty and the portions are huge. We just catered from them last week (for over 30 people). The pans of food were delivered hot, delicious and ALL MEAT! :-) We have gone to other restaurants where you order (for example) General Chicken and half of it is vegetables-not Lucky Wok!! Everyone at our party grabbed menus and were ranting and raving about how amazing the food was. Also, their service is great!!

Ordered takeout multiple times from this place. I really like their food. I can't say this is a good option for dine in but definitely the best Chinese takeout option. Was never disappointed with the taste.
I've always had good food from this place. The only annoyance to me has been the addition of a "convenience fee" on all of the orders, which are picked up from the restaurant.

My go-to for Chinese food. I love that they deliver. Their food is always delicious, and staff unfailing polite.
We really enjoyed our meal from Lucky Wok. The egg rolls were just what we hoped for--good-sized and flavorful. The sweet and sour sauce for the Sweet and Sour Chicken was packaged separately from the chicken for takeout without me even requesting this. The chicken container for the Sweet and Sour Chicken was overflowing with chicken, and the chicken was crispy and delicious. Great entree. We also had the Kung Pao Chicken, which had a lot of good meat along with crunchy peanuts and veggies. Great, flavorful dish as well. We will be ordering from Lucky Wok again soon.
The neighborhood is lucky to have this gem of a hole in the wall Chinese takeout, especially if you're able to wok or bike here.
This used to be our go-to place for both authentic and American Chinese food around the neighborhood for many years. But this is not the same lucky wok anymore.

Looks like quality has improved. Some of the dishes actually did go back to "normal".
Today is my 2nd time ordering take out from Lucky Wok, I truly believe I have found our go to fast Chinese take out restaurant. First time I ordered the Yangzhou Fried Rice and two vegetable egg rolls. The rice is so good and the quantity is enough for 4 people with double servings! Today I ordered lunch special combo Kung Pao chicken and Empress Chicken. Again the quantity is very vast, enough for lunch and dinner! The egg rolls are good. I preferred the normal egg roll to the vegetable egg roll, they are smaller sized but they are very well filled. Orders are usually really within 15 minutes of placing the order. Definitely will try other dishes as I know they are quick and delicious.
Jackpot! This is a hidden gem for amazing take out in Lisle. One thing that's hard to find around the area is chinese cuisine. Luckily I finally tried this place and do not regret it. Amazing food!
It was my first time there. It was recommended. Everything was good except the shrimp egg young and that's because it wasn't done.
The food was really good. I had the lunch special with beef, green peppers, and onions! Soooooo good! I was a little disappointed by not getting soy and sweet & sour sauce in my bag, Thank goodness I had some for that delicious veggie egg roll. The only other side note is the fried rice could have been a little darker for more flavor. I will be back!
