This is a great fun bar. The beer was reasonably priced and we had a great bartender. The place is pretty rundown but I appreciate that in a bar especially when the people are friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend it. Make sure to count the gnomes I think I got to 12 but I am sure I am
Best Dive bar in DuPage County!!! Nicole and Stephanie are pretty awesome bartenders. You cannot beat the prices and the regulars are great kind folks, I come all the way from the northern part of the city just for the ambience and experience.
Came in to sing some karaoke was greeted by Pleasant people and good staff had a great time recommended to anybody to come through town.

I'm a truck driver staying in town for the weekend. Decided to come have a few drinks and sing some karaoke. I was not disappointed. Also the prices for a drink were unexpected to say the least. I was expecting high prices because this is Illinois after all.

As far as divey house bars, it was a pleasant time. We were there early so there weren't a lot of people but it was relaxing and fun nonetheless.

I have enjoying Nels since 1995 when I lived in Lisle and to this day when I am in Lisle a few times a week. This is a true "Dive Bar" at night on weekends is a true party to enjoy.
Great no frills town bar. Pool table,darts, jukebox, and cheap beer. Patio is great when weather cooperates.
