Usually very good service and quick, when I came to the counter for a basic coffee yesterday, they gave me Pike's instead of dark roast and did not leave room for cream so there was overflow mess. As I said though, usually very good service, hate to complain at all.

Baristas were great. My tea was just right. Wanted little sweetened and it was perfect. My husband's coffee was just as he likes it. Took longer but it was worth it. Clean store and they had a Christmas tree for soldier's. Very touching.
