I went in to ask to buy an empty bucket so my son could be the Colonel for Halloween and the nice gentleman behind the counter gave me two buckets and a catering bag. I've posted his picture below! Thanks KFC!

This chain has seemed like it has been on a decline for many years. I just moved to this new neighborhood that is within a half a mile of this KFC location in June. my faith is restored that you can still get decent chicken and decent service with KFC at least if you visit this location. Like almost all fast food restaurants, they are usually short on staff, but they still do manage to serve you promptly at the drive-through. The great news is we have stopped at this location at least four times over the past few months and every time the chicken has been fresh and good just the way you used to expect it to be when you stopped at KFC. The only issues I had is on one occasion we did not get the correct chicken as it was supposed to be extra crispy, and on one other occasion, they were extremely short staffed, and it took longer to use the drive-through line than it should have. With that being said, I still recommend stopping and trying this KFC if you haven’t given a try in sometime. Cheers to the management here!
Chicken was fresh . Nancy gives you service with a smile. Great value for your buck .
This place has great crispy chicken!! Loved the chicken sandwich! It was large and had a good sized chicken breast on it. It was much better than the last time I visited a KFC on the East side of town.
Tonight was my first time at this KFC location, usually my family and I go to the location on Dysart because it's closer but because of some bad service the last few times there we decided to drive over to this location tonight instead. We ate inside and the restaurant was very clean and the red head girl at the counter was very nice and polite. After taking our order she repeated back the order and then afterwards handed the receipt back and asked us to take a look over the receipt while she gets our order together and if we notice anything off about our order to just let her know. That showed us how much she cares about accuracy, she wanted to make sure our order was going to be correct. She cared about making sure our order was going to be right, she even dropped our fry's fresh as well. As we was about to leave she even made sure to thank us for coming. Very nice experience and we will definitely return again next time.
The food was good. They offered a substitution for an item they didn't have, which was appreciated.
This KFC location has been very great to me and my family. Kathy the Cashier was very kind and helpful to us. Sonya the Manager was very kind and Courteous as well. The lobby and bathrooms where very nice and clean. The customer service and our order was phenomenal! Thanks KFC for having great workers like these! We will definitely recommend this place and make it our place to eat!
