Service and environment are usually good here. Some of the entrees are overpriced and the food can be hit or miss. The steak and lamb is underwhelming while the burgers and fish are usually pretty good. I prefer brunch as the best time to go. Bartenders are very attentive and there's usually not a wait for food.

Friendly service and great food. The calamari and the salmon were perfect. There was a 45 min wait and food was slow to come out but everyone is struggling with employees right now and honestly my party had fun while we waited. Also live music. I would definitely return.

The Brunch here is amazing!!! Service here was very fast and the servers were knowledgeable about all the menus items. These steak and scrambled eggs with cheese gave me the best breakfast/lunch experience.

Very nice restaurant in a very crowded rest sector. We had lunch of fish tacos and a burger. Both were excellent. Dining room is massive with an abundance’s of 4 and 6 person booths with lots of room between the booths and tables. This made us comfortable with the pandemic. All Service was excellent and all wearing masks. Ample raking and easy access. Nice bar and I believe music is offered on occasion. Appetizers were around $10 and sandwiches between $10 and 20 with entrees $20 and up.

Been there for an evening meal and wasn't really hungry from starters. However I ended up in a place so tasty I couldn't leave without a dessert! This restaurant has a proper chef behind the scene and you can tell by how the plates were presented. I got a grilled salmon on mashed potato and a side of asparagus. Delicious! At the bar the personnel was great: helped me in all queries I had about the place and appreciated their knowledge on the menu. Based on their input I decided to opt for a Rhum peacan cake and it was simply delicious and it doesn't seem by the picture, but you could easily have had 4 people eating from it and fulfill their appetite. Had to request a to-go box to make sure I could bring it back with me! It made a delicious brakfast meal the day after. Will be back as soon as returning in the area!

The food wasn't too great, but the service made up for it. The drinks were good and the place was clean. I'd return to try some other menu items. In their defense I only had the calamari and a couple drinks. My colleague seemed to enjoy his salmon dish.

Food and service was spectacular, the 8oz steak hit the spot and after the brownie with ice cream one was quite satisfied.

We’ve been going to Arizona for nearly 10 years, and it never disappoints. Kind staff and delicious food. We’ve celebrated several birthdays and graduations there with family. This week, we tried the Sunday brunch for the first time. I got the fish and eggs with a side of jalapeño cheddar grits and my husband got pancakes, eggs, and sausage. Everything tasted amazing and I’ve been thinking about it for days. I even had the best peach Bellini of my life. Grateful to have this restaurant in our Stonecrest community.

I have been here many times. Food and service are always stellar. However last night, the kitchen was apparently having a very bad night. Dinner came moments after salad so that was not good timing. Sent my prime rib back twice. Once it was overcooked and tough, then it came out cold, like out of the fridge cold in the middle. I asked for a rib eye on the third try and out came prime rib... manager got a bit testy with me because I was not satisfied. I asked for a to go box at this point and just ate the dessert. Manager covered my bill but I left frustrated and hungry. I will chalk it up to a bad night, and pray my next visit is the normal wonderful food. Generally the steaks and prime rib are fabulous! Service was fine and wine was good.

Really enjoyed this location food was excellent (my steak was perfectly seasoned to perfection) and our server was incredibly kind magnificent experience!

Pros... good food, great atmosphere... Tuesday Night Jazz was awesome Cons... my party sat at the bar and the bartenders were very inattentive, and it wasn’t even crowded. I had to request water at least three times. My drink was just a regular coke and it stood empty for at least 20 minutes. When I requested a refill, the bartender proceeded to use the same watered down glass of ice until I said something. Then it sat empty again for another twenty- thirty minutes... not good at all. Retrain your bartenders on how to be attentive. We felt as though we were being ignored.. should never happen!! Yes I will return.. but will never sit at the bar again... 1/2/18

I went during the lunch hour and was seated right away. The food was great however, there are not a lot of options for vegetarians. Good thing I do eat seafood on occasion so I ordered the salmon which was perfectly cooked. Our servers were very attentive and it was overall a great experience. If you're thinking about visiting, this is a good bet!

The parking lot is extremely small for such a Popular place. It was my first there and we had a party of 16. We were only assigned 2 waiters and the food delivery to the table was messed up several times. Another person was delivering the food and did not know who had what. I ordered pork chop and they came out very dry. Another member of the party ordered the same and retuned hers. They waitress never came by me for me to do the same. When I finally did and it was remade the rest of the party was getting to go boxes. They asked if I wanted one and I said at least I want to taste my food before packing it up. The band was great but very loud we could not hear ourselves talk at the table without yelling. The singer did come our table to wish the person a happy birthday wish. That was a nice touch. I hope this establishment reads these comments and take action. This place has potential however the customer service needs attention.

My best friend and I had great service with an awesome waitress who stay on top of customer service. The food was good!

This was my first time coming to Arizona was in town for a funeral and wanted somewhere to relax and eat !! It was pretty noisy to me !! I had the Lamb Ribs the flavor was good but too greasy!! Mash Potatoes was cold !! I tasted my friend Shrimp and they were greasy as well !! Just because food is being fried it doesn’t have to be greasy !! I will try it again!! Just letting you know !!

Definitely one of my top favorite restaurants! Ate there with Dad & Maggie tonight - also, our waiter, Joey, was so attentive and awesome!!!

I have been a loyal customer of Arizona's since it opened. I use to love coming here, but the last few visits have now convinced me that the customer service is currently subpar. Our last visit on February 18th mirrored our visit a couple of weeks before with the same lack of integrity for servicing its customers. Our waitress took an extremely long time to take our order, refill our glasses, and bring our food. My best friend asked for pepper and never received it. We voiced our dissatisfaction with the manager and all she said was, "I'm sorry. Let me find out what's going on". Needless to say, she never returned to the table to provide us with an authentic apology or a formidable explanation for such poor service. From this point forward, we will hold our business and social gatherings at a place that values its customers and take pride the service it provides.

In the past I have came here and enjoyed. So much that I recommended the restaurant for my Grandmother’s 75th Birthday party. My aunt reserved a party of 20 with the manager named Roberto. She called several times the closer we got to the event, just to make sure everything was set up and finalized. However, when we all arrived, the manger did not have enough staff to even wait on the party, and the Roberto did not reserve the room. They wanted to split party up and we had to wait over 1 hour. The restaurant was not full and it is a Saturday night. This was a horrible experience and we went elsewhere and had a great time. Needless to say, I would not recommend Arizona’s ever again 👎🏽

Best overall experience in a restaurant. I’m almost 50 years old lived in multiple countries and multiple states in America. And the overall experience here was nothing short of amazing. Service (Britany), food, drinks from bar, the atmosphere all off the chart amazing. Absolutely impressed

Those chicken fingers weren’t that good. To much batter and no real seasoning. But the coleslaw was working.

Educator/Administrator. My first experience at Arizona's was astounding!! The wait time was what they told us (10 minutes and on a Sunday afternoon), the food was superb. I have dined at supposedly more high end exclusive restaurants, a bunch of hype! For the price for the meal, it was well worth it. Some people I guess just expect more in certain locales around the city. If you're hungry and want to get your money's worth, I suggest you give Arizona's a try. If you're not satisfied, oh well, every place is not for everyone. :-)

Not Impressed!. Arrived at Arizona's for a 8pm dinner reservations which was reserved twice weeks prior and discovered that the reservations were never booked by staff. The person that took the reservation stated that she would have us seated in 10 mins after waiting for 30. It took us another 40 mins to be seated. Not to mention our party of 10 was separated into 2 parties and they attempted to charge us the gratuity for a party of 10. My husband got the steak and Lobster and I had Lamb chops and lobster.... We sent the lobster back because it tasted spoiled. The steak was dry with no flavor and the lamb chops taste like raccoon meat (still wild). The couple with us had fish tacos which arrived at the table cold. The music was too loud!!! Service was terrible... I will never go here again!

Service was terrible. They lost our reservations. They split our party of ten in two. The music was two loud . The food was average. We all was unhappy with our experience at this restaurant.

Go to IHOP instead. Went for Velentine's Day and was placed under a loud hard-blowing vent; therefore, food immediately went cold. Terrible service -- I coulda had a better meal at IHOP -- this sucked.

Birthday!!. The music the food I LOVE this place!!!!!! It worth the wait !!!!

Disappointed . We arrived at 7:40 on a Friday evening, and were told it would be a thirty minute wait. We waited an hour to be seated, then it took our server thirty minutes to even greet us. We finally placed our order but once again it took a life time to get our food. They had a band playing extremely to loud for a fine dining restaurant. I will not ever allow myself to enter this restaurant again!

High End Pricing for Low End Quality- Completely and Utterly Over-rated. I've been to this restaurant twice. The first time on a date, the second time for some late night drinks and apps with a friend.<br/><br/>The first time around I had a bean and dumpling soup which was tasty enough. Then I had the signature steak with mashed potatoes and spinach. The dish was underwhelming and flavorless. We didn't bother with dessert.<br/><br/>I went a second time because I believe in second chances. I had the salmon chips and a mixed drink. The drink was ok, as the bartender was decent. The salmon chips, however, weren't worth the calories nor the money. This dish was a gloppy, flavorless mess. I see what they were trying to accomplish because the smoked salmon, capers, and dressing on chips is a tasty combination, but the proportions were all wrong. Too heavy on the dressing, stingy with the smoked salmon and capers. <br/><br/>Both times, I wondered to myself, "Why on earth is this place so crowded and why on earth does it have so high a rating on Urban Spoon?"<br/><br/>The decor is 'meh'.<br/><br/>The service is 'meh'<br/><br/>I've had more enjoyable steaks at Longhorn Steakhouse at a much cheaper price.<br/><br/>The drinks were 'meh'<br/><br/>Everything about this restaurant screams, 'meh.'<br/><br/>You know why this place is always so crowded? Because it's the closest thing to 'high end' in this area. When your competitors are Friday's and Applebees, the fact that you use real potatoes to make your mashed potatoes gives you a competitive advantage....nevermind that the mashed potatoes are bland and over-priced.<br/><br/>If you're looking to pay $20+ a late, get thee to Atlantic Station, Perimeter, Decatur, Inman Park, etc. Heck, even the Avenue shopping center on 124 in Snellville (just keep doing straight on Turner Hill toward Snellville, past Hwy 78 and the Kohls, Ross, Best Buy, etc.) and you'll get better quality food and service.

Bad Service. Rerserved for a gathering of friends and family. They would not seat us unti everyone arrived and there weren't any seats available sit and wait.

Picky Eater. The prices are pretty expensive for the dishes, but the food was good. We also enjoyed our drinks.

Very Disappointing!. This is about my second time at this restaurant, and I wasn't impressed the first time or this time either! The food is too pricey for the taste, and the customer service is not that good. We had a birthday party / dinner there with 10 people that we reserved for and we only needed three extra seats or one small table for us to eat comfortably. These people didn't even accommodate us!! The hostess kept talking about waiter's breaks and other parties MAY be coming in and so forth, all kinds of excuses. And acted as if we were eating there for free!! Then lied to us repeatedly, first she stated we could have the table next to us then went on about how we couldn't have the table next to us or behind, although they were not occupied. So the 3 children all under the age of 10 had to sit two tables down across from us by themselves. This was ridiculous. The best part of this birthday party / dinner was our server,she was so nice and prompt and the decor. But then after all this was over they proceeded to ask us if we could leave because they had another party coming in at 20min!! I spoke with the manager / Marketing Strategist and his solution was to give me a business card with 10% off my next meal! WILL NEVER EAT AT ARIZONA'S AT STONECREST AGAIN!! They have lost several great customers, my aunt USED to eat there every Friday night with her girls!! Oh well!!

Overrated. I don't know why this place is so crowded on Friday/Saturday nights. Couldn't get a table, so we went on a mid-week night. I didn't understand the hype.

Kim Allen. My wife and I tried the location at Stonecrest for the first Tim and also a first for this chain. We were not pleased with either the service or the food. We both ordered the ribs which is a house specialty. Mine came blackened and way way overdone to the point the meat was extremely hard. Our waitress said that was the way they came. My wife ordered onion rings with hers and the rings were horrible. Way to oversized and way too much blan bland batter. We both agree that we will not be going back, primarily due to the way we were handled and the feeling that our feedback was unappreciated.

The overall Score of the Restaurant. I am a person who looks at scores when I enter a restaurant. The overall score of this restaurant is 87%. (B). Based on the crowd that this restaurant has and the proceeds that it generates, there should be no reason it should have a score of 87%...it should be an A or A+ restaurant. I am a bit concern about that. If you are going to charge upscale prices, then you need to have upscale service as well as an upscale score (A+).

Patron. Visited the Stonecrest location for Valentine's day and was extremely disappointed in the food. Ordered the salmon chips app and the chips were cold and greasy. The sauce was glopped on top of the chips and little portion of salmon. Had the fish and chips which was mostly fried batter with "a" fish strip that looked to be cut up into nuggets. Also witnessed the female bartender take her hands and taste a piece of food from a takeout order!! Awful Awful Awful. Quality not worth the money.

Awesome Goodness. My experience at Arizona's we awesome. I heard so many wonderful things about this restaurant. It is a great place to social and network. My server Cana was great and suggested several things we should try and informed us about the live music as well. I will definitely return.

Ridiculous. The wait here is extremely long. There are several empty tables yet no one has been called. They keep saying 15 more minutes. For what? There is no good reason to keep people waiting except for poor service. Very disappointed.

The server we had was amazing and the food was so good!!!! The portions were perfect, the price wasn't bad, the atmosphere was intimate. I loved it. Next time I'm coming with a date and not my mom. Definitely try the jalapeños grits.

Great meal. Had a chance to stop and try the Arizona's wonderful food and service. We had stopped at a hotel nearby and they highly recommended it. Bryan was our waiter and he was excellent. Great dinner. I loved my meal so much that I had to write a review while I am still at the restaurant. Totally loved everything about the place my crab cake and smoked salmon was awesome. My waiter Justin was so nice and the whole staff was so dedicated to make sure my experience was great. I would recommend this place 100 percent.

Food--Atmosphere--Music: All Good. Tonight my family and I dined at the Arizona Steakhouse at Stonecrest. Every Tuesday and Friday a live band performs, and boy are we glad we picked a Tuesday. Talk about dancing off your meal -- that's exactly what we did. We started our meal with spinach dip. Although I have had better (spinach was a little under cooked for me) I still enjoyed it. I am allergic to all fish and all nuts so the menu was limited for me. UNTIL the waiter asked the chef to prepare me a special meal which HE did -- talk about excellent customer service. My meal was excellent (yes I joined the clean plate club.) In addition, everyone raved about the prime rib soup. <br/><br/>The band was one of the best that I have heard. They fused old skool soul, with new school pop, and jazz. During their sets a lot of diners put their meals on hold to join in on the dancing. <br/><br/>I give Arizona Steakhouse kudos, thumps up, three stars and plan to return again in the new future.

My First Time. Once I got over menu price shock, it was decent. I would go back, but not as often as I would a less expensive restaurant. Like many others, I had driven past this restaurant for months and finally decided to dine. The atmosphere was cool, the food was tasty imo, and the portions were surprisingly large. When our food arrived, immediately we jokingly asked for 'to go' boxes. The band wasn't playing the night we dined. I can't deal with my conversation being drowned out by band tunes, so that's a good thing.<br/><br/>Pay close attn to the $$$$ because it's very true. I typically never look at prices but if you dont frequent pricey eateries, it will catch you by surprise. I read reviews where parties were asked to leave because they exceed their time. I've never seen or heard of that from any restaurant. I'm not doubting it btw, but that's so tacky, especially when you can easily spend over $100 for just 2 people. I don't take lightly restaurants that get you in, feed you, and try to to rush you back out. I won't go here every weekend, but I will return. And I will be asking about the apparent dining/table limit. Enjoy!!

You must eat in 1.5 to 2 hours or they will ask you to leave. We just had a small office party at Arizona..we weren't even finished when management informed us we had exceeded our time limit..that we only had 1.5 at the max 2 hours to eat and leave, as they had a bigger party they wanted to seat and wanted our table..it spoiled our entire party..the place wasn't even 50% full..what a shame, as we had a terrific waitress and needless to say she was embarrassed as well. Not only that, when we arrived, we were told we could not be seated until our entire party was <br/>present, one person was late..there was hardly anyone in the there at the time which was 4 in the afternoon..They claim they are a 5 star restaurant..I don't think so..

We wanted to like it. I read all of the reviews and chose to focus on the good ones so we dined at Arizona's last night and were just really disappointed. We ordered a bottle of wine and the server told us they were out. We chose another bottle and she returned to tell us that the vineyard no longer made that one and she suggested a more expensive wine. We ordered that one but no offer was made to possibly sell us that one at the price of the other ($4 difference). The wine arrived after our appetizer was almost gone. We ordered a filet cooked medium that arrived well done and the prime rib which was very tough, full of gristle and fat. The grilled zucchini was wonderful as was the smoked salmon appetizer. Our server was also very nice but we won't be returning. After paying the $120 tab, I wished we had just gone to Applebee's.

3 steaks ordered 2 had to be sent back as they were very undercooked. Just not worth the money

Great Date Spot!. My husband and I have 4 children and don't get out that often. We happened upon Arizona's on a free evening out & absolutely fell in love with it. Its such a great atmosphere. The staff is so professional & its great seeing the manager actually come around to talk with customers. The food is EXCELLENT! We've been there twice and have tried 4 different entrees which have all been great. Steak is to die for and the salmon is delicious. You have to get the steak cream soup...it literally melts on your taste buds. So if you haven't figured it out yet, I love Arizona's. I'd recommend it to anyone.

VERY Disappointed. 6/20/12 My husband & I were traveling through and decided to give this restuarant a try. Beautiful set-up, friendly waitress, but as the evening progressed we noticed some "gross" waitress mistakes. (First we had refused alcohol beverages, then, we ordered from the sandwich selection vs. the 25 + platters. It seemed we were to be penalized for not having a large $$$$ order.) After placing our order...the service began going downhill when the waitress not once, but twice walked by while waiting on the table behind us to say..."OH, I'll bring you your bread in a moment." She then cleared dishes off our table interrupting our conversation among ourselves while still talking to the table behind us....very, very RUDE. FINALLY, when she brought our check she did not lay down the black receipt book but quickly opened it up as my husband had already pulled out 2 large bills. She asked him if he wanted to keep the receipt. My husband said "no" thank you, she picks up the 2 bills, but NEVER asked do you want change back, then, QUICKLY tells us thank you and walks off immediately to another table. I was totally in shock when I figured up her tip was 40%.....I was ready to sit and wait to get her attention; however, my husband was "fed up" at this point and only wanted to leave this establishment. Earlier in the evening we had ,mentioned we were traveling and needed to get back on the road......I truly believe our waitress (SECTION 25)--- PULLED a FAST one on us!!! Dear Arizona....this mishap will go down in history among all our Southern Travelers.......to NEVER stop here & dine. The food was GROSSLY overpriced for the quality & quantity of food....very disappointed. SHAME on you!!!!!!!!!!

Food & Service. I and two others ate dinner at Arizona's at Stonecrest today for the first time and the three of <br/>us was well pleased with our service from Henry and the food was tops.

I went here for valentines day they had great customer service and the only reason why it takes a lil longer for your food to come out is because it everything is made from scratch food was great I was full when I left large portions'

Great Atmosphere. Went to Arizona's on last night (Friday) and it was great. The salmon was delicious and had two glasses of White Zifandel. The crowd was very upbeat and enthused because Phillipia was singing with the band. I will definitely go again.

With exception. Food drink atmosphere & Manager 4 stars.... Waitress hmmm a little 2 friendly for me. got on my nerve exchanging out my napkin everytime a little watter got on it. Reaching over my food and assumed that she was getting a $20 tip for a $60 meal I still enjpyed my self. Until I got home and saw that LaToya had not put all my Tuna and salad in the to go box. She took my food food 2 the back brought it back and tied it up in the bag. Imagine my attitude when I opened the box..... I was intoduced to Wasabi mannnn what a treat Thanks to the manager for the extra outstanding service on his part

Very Displeased with Arizona's Steak House @ Stonecrest Mall. On 06-24-11 while celebrating my wife's birthday, my party of 6 were asked to leave by the manager; not because of anything negative we were doing, but, according to the manager, he had a larger party waiting to be seated. We spent over $300.00 for food and was asked to leave. The service was very slow and the music so loud until it was extremely difficult to hear communication from our other party members. My wife had been looking forward to this night for a long time sharing with the family and were embarrased by the manager asking us to leave. I will never visit this restaurant again in the future and I am asking all of my friends to do likewise.

BAD!! OK FOOD< HORRIABLE SERVICE. Service was HORRIABLE!!! Server forgot my sons food, my husbands salad, my crabcake, and when she brought the crabcake 20 mins later, it was cold, like my steak. I asked for remoulade sauce, never brought it. I would never judge a restaurant by one server, even if they are that bad, but the food was good, but not for the price. I am not cheap and I do belive that the price should reflect quality, the only quality I came across was the decor, and the margarita I had was really good. Do not expect to get sympathy from the manager either.

Excellent Restaurant. Everything was great from the food, to the service, to the live music. The recommendations made by our waiter were excellent. The atmosphere was perfect for a date night out with my spouse.

Excellent. Went on a Friday night around 10:30. I loved the live jazz with Reggie Hines. The ambiance was great. The food was great and the service was great. A lot of people mingling around. Great place to meet new people.I loved the food and drinks. My server was attentive and quick. No problems at all. would definitely go back.

Very Disappointed!. We went to Arizona's tonight to celebrate my son's birthday because of several very positive recommendations. We usually go to Smokey Bones and will definitely go back there especially after this experience. The restaurant was not full so we were seated quickly but had to insist on a booth when directed to a table right next to an empty booth. The waitress was very pleasant and enthusiastic. However, she had to inform us that there were about 7-8 items on the menu that were not available, including the french fries. I mean, really, even if the truck had not come in as we were told, Sam's Club is right down the street - I'm sure some fries could have been purchased there. I ordered a Strawberry Lemonade which I was told would include one refill (@ $3.00). However, when the waitress went to refill my glass, she had to report back that they had "run out" of lemonade. Before we left, we overheard the table next to us being told that they had "run out" of bread. This is ridiculous at this supposed high end restaurant. At least the Manager could have come around and offered something to those of us who stayed and ordered what was available tonight. I mean, really, what's the excuse? I also have to agree with other reviewers about the volume of the music - much too loud.

IT'S THE BEST!. I love Arizona's especially on Fridays when they have a live band. The food is excellent and at the correct temperatures. Although I do not live in Georgia, every time I am there visiting I make Arizona's a priority to dine at. The staff is absolutely friendly, patient, considerate and knowledgeable.TAMEKA is the best waitress EVER! Make sure when you go in you ask for her area.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My first experience at Arizona's was HORRIBLE and I will not be visting ever again. I will pass this experience on to my other friends. We chose to have our Annual Holiday Party @ Arizona's. What a MISTAKE! First, of all the Music was TOO LOUD we can't hear our waitress. Second, the food came out very slow. Third, the young lady whom waited on us waste something on my Sweater. I made her aware of the accident and she said she would tell her Manager Markus. He came over to the Table and said he would pay for my Dry Cleaning bill. Which at that time I advised him I do not live in the area. I Reside in Peachtree City which is an hour or so away. He said well whenever you come back give me your bill. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. Note: This is what he should have done as a Manager use his interpersonal skills and Customer Service. "Well since you don't live in the area. Let me take care of your drink and appertizer or please come back to visit and I will take care of your Entree." Inviting me to come back out to Arizona's. I understand coming from a Background in Foodservice Arizona's is in the Business to make money. This is what your business will lose. A couple of us started by having drinks at the bar and then we had a party of 8 ppl. Each one of us Had at least one drink at the table, an appertizer and an Entree. All of US are going to tell our friends of the awful service we experienced. WITHOUT CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS.

Horrible service, mediocre food. I heard from a few people that the food here was great. So myself and some coworkers went in for lunch on a Friday, the first time going there for 3 of us. We asked for a table for 7, as 2 in our party would be arriving much later. The server and hostess initially refused to seat us until the entire party had arrived, but after I explained that we were on our lunch break and were in a rush, the hostess sat us. The restaurant was not busy at all, there were maybe 4 other tables filled. The server seemed very irritated with us the entire time. While listing the drinks they offered, he repeatedly told us which drinks didn't offer free refills. To me that started off as rude, we are sitting in a restaurant that we know is pricey, so obviously we wouldn't care if some of the drink refills are not free. It took at least 15 minutes for the appetizers to arrive, and the spinach dip was mediocre at best. My caesar salad was warm. We waited 45 minutes for our food. The $28 steak that I ordered came out cold and flavorless, and the baked potato was also cold and undercooked. I asked for some steak sauce, which shouldn't be necessary for a good steak, and that took 10 minutes. So I had to send my food back to be warmed up. My friend's salmon was almost raw, when she asked for it to be very well done. So after being in the restaurant for over an hour and a half, I had to box up my food because I was already really late getting back to work. I'm not sure what was going on that day, but all of the staff seemed very unhappy to be there. I have been a server as well, so I understand everybody has bad days, but if somebody is spending their hard earned money in your establishment, the service should be a little better.

Excellent - FIVE STARS. A friend and I had a morning meeting at the Border's Bookstore at Stonecrest Mall, and the meeting ended up lasting over until lunchtime. He offered to treat me to lunch and we chose Arizona's. Neither of us had been there before. It was an awesome experience! The manager, Marcus, stopped by our table during the meal just to see how our service was and whether we were enjoying the food. We told him how amazing the meal and service were, and I was very impressed that he was personable enough to personally check on his clientele. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. I have added it to my list of favorites and will definitely be returning.

Upset. Marcus/mg/owner who ever he is, has a bad attitude. He doesn't stick to his word. Service is very slow.My food was cold when I got it. My drink was watered down no alchohol in it. To many people in a small area around the bar. The music was very loud!! A fight broke out in the parking lot as I was going to my car. It is unsafe to go to at night. I would NEVER go back. I will tell my friends the same!

Went for Mother's Day and enjoyed myself. Nice environment and spacious. Had a little wait but food was stoopid!

To see or not to see. Arizona's is a beautiful restaurant. The food, however, is a different story. The first 2 entrees requested by my dinner mate they either didn't have or were out of, totally unacceptable. TOTALLY. My sandwich was mediocre at best. A place to see & be seen. The beginning and the end. Will not be going there again. And I ate on my mate's dime. <br/><br/>p.s.The sweet potato hash-browns are fabulous. Trust me and get them take out.

The Best!!!!. I am a regular customer at Arizona's, and I have never had a bad experience. The food, drinks and the service are awesome. Marcus and Michael are gracious and know how to make you feel like family. The staff to include Kay, Tracey, both Christophers, Henry and Walter are my favorites. Next time you're there try the grilled Pacific Ahi Tuna. Grilled to perfection. Yummm!!!!!!

Great Atmosphere; Gd drinks. A little pricey on certain menu items but a nice place to go to. Nice for quiet dinners, drinks with friends, and date nights.

Best Place East of Atlanta. Great menu. The absolute best staff in Metro Atlanta period. Knowledgeable about the food and the wine. Well stocked bar that carries upper end and hard to find selections. Please have the chicken and pancakes on Sunday, trust me. The line cooks can disappoint on occasion, but they are also challenged by people who do not know how to order (How would you like your steak? "Cooked") Overall, great dining experience any time any day. Happy New Year Kay!

Great chicken salad!. No offense to anyone; but I consider Arizona's to be the "Black" version of Houston's Restaurant. I used to travel all the way downtown to get Houston's great chicken salad; but now that I can get a similar one from Arizona's, that's where I go. The dressing is a lime dressing and it's absolutely wonderful! I love the atmosphere and the jazz too! Classy!

An evening out. My husband and I ate at your Stonecrest location on Friday Nov 6, 2009 for the first time and really enjoyed the different varieties on your menu along with the live Jazz band ( which was awesome). The only thing that I thought that could have better and needs to be improved to make your restraurant above all other's is that you all not allow the customer's to stand around walk way areas and isles blocking the view of the band ,interrupting an enjoyable night for other's who are trying to enjoy their meals. I felt very uncomfortable with people leaning on my booth while we were dining. Overall I loved everything else especially the customer friendly host.

Awful customer service Manager Marcus@Stonecrest Mall location. The worst place in the world to eat; don't think you will receive a good customer service Manager. It was awful how the Manager Marcus treated me and my guest on Saturday nite November 14, 2009. A party of 30 guest and he treated us like shit. I will never go back to this resturant and do not recommend anyone else to go there. They give very small portions and very over priced. Marcus in arrogant and does not appreciate the people who patronize their facility. Michael and Marcus at the Stonecrest location need to get it together or go into another line of business.

Love It. The atmosphere is nice, wish it was little more room around the bar and band area.However, the baby back ribs are the best and being the I love music-Tuesday and Fri are the best nights for me.A matter of fact, I will be there tonite celebrating my B-Day 09/15 with some friends.

Great place to be at after 5:30 pm. Good food, a hard working staff, and all the eye candy you want to see are at Arizona's. To me it is one of the better places to eat when you are in the Stonecrest areas. Try it for yourself and see.

Disappointing. Although we arrived a bit late in the evening, around 9:45 PM, I had hoped for nice experience, given the absolutely gorgeous interior design of the restaurant. Unfortunately the interior decor is most likely the best part of this place. While it might host a lively social gathering and provide good hunting for those on the singles scene (of which I am one), it doesn't appear to be the best choice if you're looking for great meal. My prime rib was mediocre at best, over cooked, indifferently seasoned, and generally unremarkable. Steamed vegetables and baked potato were par for the course, nothing to write home about. Overall, I'd say go there for the atmosphere, the socializing, and the decor, but not the food.

Great food and music!. I have passed this restaurant many many times on my way to the mall and never went in. What a mistake! This is one of the BEST restaurant I have been to in Atlanta in a long time. The food was excellent and the live music was AWESOME too. So, if you not busy on a Tuesday, Friday, Sat. or Sunday night this is the place to go!

It's the best happy hour. This is the best place to just socialize and meet great looking men. I meet some handsome, great dressed professionals with a great conversation. Not to mention the wonderful band setting the mood in the background. I'll see you there this Friday after work around 8pm.

...pleasantly surprised by the menu. It seems to be an upscale steak house with a southern flare. Unfortunately we were tired from traveling and couldn't give it an in depth evaluation but enjoyed it and would love to go back sometime soon. Jonny had the fried pork chop which came with a sweet potato hash, caramelized apples and creamed spinach. I had BBQ chicken with a jalapeno corn souffle. Overall pretty great.
