This location is consistently never open in the morning! Time listed on door and website is completely incorrect. No one shows up to work until well after 10am on any given day. This location needs to be properly managed and staffed with people who want to show up and work.
Stopped here Friday, July 1st. My son and I were hungry and hadn't had Krystal in awhile since we live in metro Charlotte NC. Sat in drive thru 20 minutes and only one car moved. Absolutely sucked. We pulled out of line and went to Krystal down the road where we were served quickly and efficiently.
According to Google open 24hrs. Sign that's posted on the door is 6am. One car in the parking lot. 15 mins to this location, I arrive at 6:36a. I was hoping everyone carpooled to work in this one car. 7am, I went through the drive thru to ask the real hours of operation. No one ever came to assist.
They have been hacking my card for two weeks now, they stole money from me last night. I will never eat here again!!! So they was trying to " help" by giving me a fake number to call, well it's ok no thank you I don't need your fake number or fake help. My bank is taking care of it, nope I will not

White people are apparently not allowed inside to eat? Went inside to place an order was informed drive-thru only but there was a group of non-white people sitting there enjoying their meal?
Is it hard to give the proper servings? This is most simplest thing to do. Fill the cup up with the proper amount of grits. Grits are cheap as it it, but to not make it look like the picture as mush as possible is just ignorant. The workers want $15 an hour though....
