Drive thru line was long, but moved surprisingly fast. The service was ok, chicken was ok. The size of the chicken is extremely small, especially the wings and legs. Nothing special about food or service.

40min wait in the drive thru line , just to pick up a prepaid order . An issue that should be fix . Or else what’s the point of the app and being able to preorder .

I normally don't say anything when l go. I been there a few times,and yes this store Is busy. I understand they dealing with the public. I will not go back to Popeyes again. I deal with the public 10 hr a day. You should not make any customer wait that Long when there was 3 people a head of

No matter what I order for delivery or takeout they ALWAYS forget something. And it’s impossible to get someone to answer the phone to resolve the shortage/refund. I don’t understand how my items keep getting left. And DoorDash does not check to make sure everything you order is there before deliver

I've been going to this Popeyes on Panola Rd for the past 15 years and this is my first time I was disappointed. Stopped to get a fish sandwich. It was so large that I couldn't eat it all at one time. It was delicious. They have the classic with is mild and the spicy is very,very spicy if you like spicy foods.

This line is outrageously long. I'm not sure if this is the only Popeyes Chicken in this area but they need another one. And the person taking the order didn't seem like they really wanted to be there. No enthusiasm whatsoever....didn't seem customer friendly. But the food was fresh and hot.

Drive thru line was extremely long and not worth the wait. They were out of so many products including straws, I had to ask what was available. The red-head cashier was so rude, I can’t imagine her working anywhere else. Go to Bojangle’s instead where the service is awesome.
