The food is good and always hot..customer is always outstanding and welcoming.
My disappointment comes into play when I order the milkshakes...Steak N Shake has been voted Best Milkshake for years...but they give you the visual illusion that the milkshake is filled to the very top of the cup along
Clean restaurant. Self order kiosk is easy and makes ordering faster, also safer considering germs. Sanitize stations throughout restaurant. Staff was fast and polite. Food was good. Definitely good spot to eat, try the Frisco burger! Inside diner was open til 11pm and drive thru says 24hrs.
Reasonable prices and they have romaine lettuce even on the small hamburger. The fries were lukewarm, they should have been hot for as long as we waited. If you have a baby that needs a highchair; I wouldn’t recommend you put them in the highchair at Steak ‘n Shake, because the highchairs are filthy
I think this may have been the WORST Steak n Shake that I have ever been to. The food was cold when we got it, the restaurant was an absolute mess and the manager was not very pleasant. If traveling through Georgia, I recommend driving a little further down the road to find the next Steak n Shake be
A really bad experience. The order wasn't ready despite the notification, the staff didn't know what to do, then the wait. Finally this comes out (see photo)
Love the new model at Steak 'n Shake with the ordering machines. Food for my family of 6 came out really fast and was fresh and delicious. Gave me a new found respect for this franchise that used to take time to serve (food was always good though).
Stonecrest Steak and Shake is terrible. Bought 4 regular meals. Food is burnt and dry. Waited in line 30 min thinking it would be fresh. Got halfway home and realized I was wrong. Didn't have time to go back. Nobody answering phone. Biggest waste of my money ever!!!!!🤨
It is a cozy place. I love their fries, they are so crunchy. I also really like the milkshakes and especially the prices are very good.
