Great volcano roll! The teriyaki beef, fried rice, and salad were good, though I have had better elsewhere. Overall, though, the sushi would be my main reason for coming back. Service was great.
Just wonderful! Went for lunch. The interior is very relaxing and cool. The service was prompt and gracious. Our lunches were delicious and well priced. We have been looking for our new favorite sushi spot in Little Rock, and we've found it! We will be back often.
BEST SUSHI IVE EVER HAD. Ive been to every place in little rock because sushi is my choice for going out to eat everytime we go and this hits the mark on every level. Owned and operated by japanese and asian people so they obviously know what they are doing. My husband and I have made mistakes going elsewhere, but we have learned our lesson. Love everything about this place. Best food of my life. Go for the Jamaican Roll!
Good and Authentic. This is the best Japanese I've had yet in Little Rock, I'm not a crazy sushi fanatic like the rest of America, I have simpler tastes. Give me a good piece of tuna wrapped in rice and seaweed and I'll be happy! The Japanese dishes here are certainly good for the price offered. Some items I have tried are very Americanized but still manage to find a happy medium.
DARK INVADER rules!. We love mt. fuji because its close to home AND their new special rolls are so incredibly fresh, delicious and consistent! The dark invader is rolled in black rice - such a cool twist! The sashimi roll is my absolute favorite of all time. Great service. comfortable atmosphere.
This was the best Sushi I have had..I ordered the Hurricane and Volcano roll and the yum-yum special also included Miso Soup and house salad for only 19.95....thats a deal...these rolls were mouthwatering..and it was my first time there..excellent service too!
This place has been here forever.... ...and it's easy to see why: great service, relaxed atmosphere, not too noisy, and wonderful food. I love sushi, and this is one of my favorite places to eat it-- Volcano Roll is beyond compare-- but their Miso Soup and Salad w/ ginger dressing are so good, too. One of my favorite parts about this restaurant is that they do the warm-washcloth-before-the-meal thing. How lovely!
A Little Rock classic. An enjoyable place with tasty food. I'm not a "regular", but I've been a few times over the last 16 years or so. Service is better some days than on others, but I've never had a bad experience here. If you've only had sushi at a Chinese buffet, give the "Sushi Regular" a try and see what you missed out on.
One of, if not THE oldest sushi restaurants in town. Have been eating there for many years. Great food, great prices and good people. What is not to like????
Really Good!. Went for lunch with a co-worker. Got the Shrimp Tempura. It came with soup, salad and sushi. It was very yummy. All for $8! Can't beat that. I will definitely be back.
Quite Delicious!. I had a great experience eating at Mt. Fuji! The fish was of great quality and I finished my plate! I went for Happy Hour and they now had a wonderful assortment of sushi rolls for $3-4 and each piece of sushi or nigiri was $1.25 each. At first I thought it was a bit pricy but it was all totally worth it! They also have some of their alcoholic drinks and appetizers for a really affordable price! My friends and I all ordered the Yum Yum special and I was stuffed by the end! The Hurricane roll is a MUST along with the Alligator Roll! My friends got the Razorback Roll and the Dragon Roll and a Spicy Salmon during happy hour. You will not be disappointed! It was all so good and the ambience was really nice. Will definitely come back in the near future! Nothing can beat Mt. Fuji! There's really nothing like it anywhere else!

Good rolls....once I got them. Service was very very slow. The food was good. There are better sushi places though!
Mt. Fuji has the best sushi in town!!!! I've been eating here for about 10 years and the food is always great!!! Service is wonderful and this restaurant just never fails to please my taste!!!!
Great. In my opinion, one of the best places to eat sushi around. I love the hot towel they bring out before you get your meal. You'll like the happy hour. They give you a slip of paper and you choose between about 8 different sushi's and a dozen or more rolls. You get that for one price, or for a little more, you can choose between a list of more expensive rolls. A great deal. The sushi is always very fresh, even during the happy hour.
The service is okay, depending on who your server is. If they seat up upstairs, then your service will be poor.
The Fuge. This is where I go for Little Rock sushi. I think the service is actually superb, and the sushi is always good, though I am more of a nigiri/sashimi kind of guy. I don't go for Americanized super roll nonsense. One of the fun things we do is get the big cheap cold sake bottles. That and a large Sapporo will get it started.
Best sushi in town. The fish is always fresh
One interesting thing we tried on our last visit -- Agedofu, which is fried tofu topped with bonito flakes. We did expect it to be tasty. We didn't expect it to move. Splendid.
My spicy tuna roll had very fresh fish in it, and the rice was warm (which I like.)
