My first time trying the place. I've been following the story as Sauced came together, the super-team behind the magic, as well as their ever-growing experimentation with getti g it right.
I wanted to try more, but unfortunately my stomach only had room for so much, so I tried the Rosa Dama. Easily one of the best wood-fired pizzas I've ever had. The prosciutto cotta and merguez sausage did not overpower one another as you might think. Instead they served to compliment the other flavors of the pizza, with the sausage melding with the earthy mushroom flavors and the prosciutto, of course, mingled with the basil and San Marzano tomato. This was all wrapped together well with the delicious, crispy, slightly burned flavors of the crust (burned can be a good thing when done right).
I had a Stiegl Radler to go with it. The light, fruity flavors actually paired well with the pizza.
The atmosphere was laid back and comforting. The staff was not only friendly with one another (sign of good morale), but treated the customers as good friends. My wait time on food was under ten minutes--perks of a wood-fired oven.
I will definitely be going back, with friends!
Easily 5 stars. You gotta love the crew who opened this place up. They have hit the trifecta! One is a classy dinning night out, then they have the best brewery in town and now easily top 3 pizza joint in town. Especially when they decided to go original and offer Neapolitan Pizza, Which I personally love. The atmosphere, friendly staff and smiles all around. The cocktails were great, especially the medicine man. Plus the best beer choices I've seen for draft. 80% local beers. You've got to make this your regular spot. Be it just cocktails or date night. Come by and enjoy this amazing joint!
Wow! What a breath of fresh air in West Little Rock! Sauce(d) is amazing! The cheese and meat board is to die for...Save some room for their tasty pizzas, lasagna, and all of the good things they offer! Everything is made in-house, even their smoked burrata. Try the cannoli cheesecake, you won't regret it!!!
Excellent beer selection, emphasizing locals. Cocktails and wine looked to be good too, but I was focused on the beer. Very much enjoyed the food. I had a cheese pizza that was incredible... have no idea how many cheeses that included... but it changed the way I look at cheese pizzas forever. Great staff, well run, even though they are, I'm sure, still working out the bugs (they just opened). I'll be a regular, I'm sure.
As we walked in, we were in awe of the vibrancy of this place. It didn't take long to agree on the prosciutto rucola wood oven fired pizza. Although busy on a Friday night, our waiter was very attentive and helpful in explaining specials and unique tastes on the menu to try. Chef Amanda, working like the dickens along side all of her crew, even spoke when we first entered to make sure that we felt welcomed in this West Little Rock little gem. Make this one of your go to spots and be sure to try the meat and cheese board.

The food was elevated far beyond what I expect from even a so called gourmet pizza place. We were accommodated on the patio with knowledgeable excellent service. Silverware was marked with a tray and children were welcomed. Basically the holy grail of family dining.
I wanted to give Sauce(d) 10+ stars but 5 is the limit! What a great venue, but even more, what great food and people working in your restaurant! The food was beyond superb and the service was outstanding! We are already planning our next outing at sauce(d)! The best seat in the house was next to the kitchen! We loved it! Thanks y’all!
3 of us really enjoyed a nice dinner Tue night. Very nice place. Clean. good sound level. Comfy seats. Neat menu. Everything looks good. Everything we ordered was very good. The Chef is on a mission to set her menu apart from others in LR. She's well on her way. We were surprised to learn they had only been open a week. Seem like they really had it together for only a week in biz. I'd move Sauced to the top of your list to visit sooner than later.
Busy Saturday night, service on point. Food on point. Pizza and a board. Ripped
We had the meatball in purgatory, Rosa Dama pizza, and cannoli cheesecake. Service was spectacular and food was impeccable. I had worries about going on opening night, but from our experience, everything was perfect. Congratulations to everyone involved!
Try the meatball in purgatory, you won't be disappointed. We've been there 3 times in the last week and a half and still definitely keep going back. Totally worth the wait when they're swamped, goes to show how awesome they are when there's a line waiting. Definitely two 👍👍
Wonderful service, cool atmosphere, delicious wine, and some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time!
Sauced Bar and Oven is an amazing new restaurant, with a very comfortable and fun atmosphere, as well as great customer service. The food is off the charts, with all of it's house made menu items and all of the kitchen love that's thrown into it. Check it out! It will be an experience that you will want to experience again and again. Come and see us!
Great atmosphere! Loved the vegetable lasagna!!! Can’t wait to go back to try everything else on menu!!!
