First off I was greeted by the bar tender Jackie as soon as I walked in so decided to sit at the bar. I ordered a bule moon and water and she was back shortly with a blue moon and orange slice shortly with just the right amount of head in a beer ready chilled glass. Jackie was attentive and when I asked about specials was glad to explain. I ordered the Thai flat bread she recommended and was not disappointed. I believe a new girl that was training that night brought me food. She was very nice but I did not get her name but I am sure as she continues training she will be a great asset in the future. Just the right amount of spice and sweet with a crisp crust but not burnt. Jackie kept my water full as I drank at least 5 to 6 glasses as normal and was never empty. At that point I ordered the Orange Mule being a fan of mules I just had to try it and it did not dissapoint. The Mandarin Orange with the ginger beer was mixed and shaken to perfection. (It is my new favorite drink) The only thing that could have been better is if the spinach artichoke dip had been caramelized on top and if you had karaoke on Monday nights. LOL some people were singing along with the awesome music selection that was playing. At the end of the meal I asked to speak to the manager and Maddee introduced herself and I let her know how wonderful everything was. Thank you so much for a great first experience in your establishment you could not have hired a better staff.

Raquel was our server (think I spelled that wrong) and she was so awesome! Food was good and the drink specials were on point! Coming back next trip to Pulaski County lol

I loved the whole vib and the bartender Ms. Jackie was very nice and made me feel like I was at home and the DJ was on point! The food was also good I will be returning.
I'm updating my review because I went and was greeted by one of the friendliest and best host named Luis. He really changed my mind on giving this place a second chance will be visiting more frequently.
Great drinks. Nice outdoor patio seating. This was my first time getting their wings, not bad. My favorite is usually their Cali club. The fries are always a win and they have great cocktails. This location was nice and clean. Ample parking.
We had the Wedge salad minus the onions, flatbread veggie and dirty martinis. I don’t see how it could have been better ! Our waitress, Autumn, was pretty terrific as well.

UPDATE:
Just went last Tuesday for happy hour. We were a group of 9 and may have ordered 30 to 40 drinks amongst us and maybe 3 appetizers each. Not one order was incorrect. The waiters and waitresses were pleasant and very attentive. Everything came out in a timely manner and the food was cooked perfectly and hot. I ordered the calamari and pepperoni Flatbread. I will say I did not care for the Flatbread or the excessive amount of pizza sauce on it, but the calamari was a 10.

Okay so I kinda have given up on bar louies because of such bad service and horribly cooked food at the nlr location but my friend wanted to go for her bday. So I agreed. We went on a Tuesday night to the little rock Cantrell location and I can truly say the service and food are 100% better. Not to mention my favorite bar tender here ( very nice lady with long black hair) moved from the nlr location to this location. We stayed 4 hours and we treated very well by staff and the food was perfect. We ordered spinach dip, burgers, flatbread, and so many diva martinis ( the are the best martinis I've ever had). They are a tad sweet but are not skimped on the liquor. Nothing was done wrong this night. If your wondering what to try try their $5 burger and fry night on Tuesdays. The backyard burger is amazing. Also their loaded tots ( although I'm sad the changes the topping reciepe).
Good drinks,but theres no pricing on any of your drinks aside from the wines. Dont really like surprises when its regarding a bill. Add pricing to your drinks, become the 5 start establishment you were destined for!
Always a great time here. This is the hangout spot for me and my coworkers. The drinks are great and the staff is cool too. Food and drinks have yet to disappoint.
We went on the $5 burger night. The food was great! They didn't cut corners because of the special. I would definitely recommend the tater tots, they are crispy and Bar Louies put a tasty seasoning on them. I also loved the Grand Marnier lemon drop. My husband had two of the old fashions and didn't complain, which is a good thing.
