As with any chain restaurant, quality can vary. I've had sandwiches here that went so good and I've had great sandwiches here. On 3/16/19, my wife and I had a great sandwich. The employees listened and took great care preparing a custom sandwich for her and a common sandwich for me. Overall, we run about a 90% success rate of having the sandwich prepared decently and with good taste. Other than one major incident about a year ago, the staff is usually agreeable and without major attitudes (unfortunately the idea of positive customer service is going the way of the telephone landline in America). Firehouse Subs at this location will continue to get my business because they do have unique sandwiches that make for a nice break from same-old, same-old.
I ordered lunch for our clinic... 10 people... I ordered online and arrived about 15 min later to pick it up.. they were bagging the last sandwich when I arrived, so I picked out the assorted chips, cookies, drinks, etc everyone had ordered and they assisted me in carrying the food to the car. Everything was made correctly and AMAZING. The staff was friendly and very helpful.. Will CERTAINLY order from this location again!!
Had the cheese steak with peppers and mushrooms - hot and delicious. Wish they had sweet red peppers rather than green peppers but everything else was great.
One of my favorite chain sandwich spots, firehouse subs uses quality ingredients which produces big flavor. Although be prepared to pay a premium for such quality. My favorite thing about firehouse is the endless selection of hot sauces to choose and mix and match on your sandwich.
Very good experience. It has an awkward rectangular layout with the TV set in an odd corner, but I would eat here again. If you are just taking your sub to go, then it is definitely worth the stop. It may be a bit difficult to find in the strip mall, but it seems that everything on this side of town is difficult to find.
