Whoever the manager GENERAL manager is needs to be terminated. Employees have a 24 hr facility locked and are laughing and playing behind the store and will not open the door or answer the phone.
I have been to supposedly "highest level" chic NY restaurants in NY City...but guess which is my favorite place to go? Waffle House ANY day.
