The Sushi and Sashimi were of excellent quality! A great fusion of flavors and textures. I don't recommend the house soup...not much flavor, but what flavor it did have, was off..fishy...old/stale. My waitress (can't remember her name but it started with a T) was top-notch.
The wait was long but worth it in the long run! Everything tastes wonderful but if you only have an hour for lunch it's not the place to go
The steak and shrimp were excellent. The chief was comical, my group enjoyed the time there.
We eat there every week - sushi is fresh and great, Eva is like family. Only suggestion would be to bring back the hot towels!
