I haven't been to Sonic in years, So I decided to stop by this one! They were very slow even though it wasn't crowded, customer service was so so not rude but not friendly either, just seems like the employee didn't want to be at work today, I picked up some Fries, pretzel stick and Oreo Blast.
Pull up, order, pay, and get food. I was able to understand the person over the speaker, and they could understand me. The order was delivered quickly. The food was temperature hot, and the order was correct. The lady that delivered the food was friendly.
Went to order two items. One wasn't put in the other was completely wrong. Relayed the drink was wrong to the cashier at the window she claimed it was right. The 5 stars is for the manager on duty. 1/17/22 5:45pm. Tonight I ordered and when it was delivered I was not happy. I called and spoke to the Manager on duty. She listened to me list everything wrong and replaced my dinner. Thank you. She kept apologizing and I told her it's not her fault. It

Best service at any Sonic, anywhere, any time!!! We ordered online and it was ready about 5 minutes after we arrived. They had forgotten our honey mustard but came running back with it before we left!
The drive thru staff was very rude, and forgot plenty of our order. When we asked for condiments they got an attitude. They always burn the corn dogs too. When we came back the lady at the parked speaker was nice though and got us the rest of our order and apologized for the inconvenience. I did app
