Was there with Grandson's 5th Birthday party. Staff was great with kids. Loved watching the kids play with unlimited 2 hour game pass. Great party, food and service. Fourth time to attend Grandkids birthday parties at this location.
My little girl had her birthday party here today and everything went super. I had an awesome host (Naya) that was there every step of the way. Awesome place to throw a party.
We absolutely loved it! We came from Hot Springs, my Granddaughter had a blast and couldn't have been happier with her Saturday. The staff were so courteous and pleasant, they made us feel very Welcomed. The food is fabulous, bring an appetite for fun, good food and a great time!
We took our daughter here for her 7th birthday. I have to say it was an awesome experience. Every single employee that I came in contact with was very professional and nice. My baby said it was the BEST day of her life. The employees made it that much better of an experience. I would definitely recommend this place and can't wait to go back!!! Keep up the good work!
My husband, myself and our grandson Carter had so much fun yesterday. In the midst of all the fun I misplaced my purse the staff was so attentive. They helped me look around for my purse finally they found me and told me someone had turned it in at the front desk. Praise God for the good customer service. ��
Enjoyed this location! Nice clean! Excellent customer service. I wish the photos came out of the ride that Chuck E. Cheese is sitting next to you child in. You can buy point of minutes. If you by point you can split them between kids if you buy minutes you can not split them.
We were at Chuck E. Cheese today celebrating a birthday for an adult friend turning 38, and we wanted to have fun with all of our kids, so we had a pizza party! IT WAS A BLAST! We played games for 2 hours, had pizza and ice cream, and the kids all got prizes (we of course gave them all our tickets for better prizes....). Deja, our host, was THE BEST, and kept amazing us over and over again with incredible customer service and made the whole afternoon a birthday and a dinner to remember. I never thought a grown-up birthday at Chuck E. Cheese would be fun - but here I am, and it was GREAT - and the kids had a great time too!
This store did an amazing job for my sons birthday party. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. Our server was Kennedy and she did an amazing job. Super sweet and made sure everything was taken care of. Staff at the counter were also great and so sweet to the kiddos. 10/10 reccomend!
My nephew celebrated turning two there. (Sat. November 13, 2021) It was nice. When I was a little boy it was called Showbiz Pizza then merged into Chuck E. Cheese. Their slogan...“Where a kid can be a kid.”
By far the better Chuckie Cheese in the LR area. Pizza was good and kids had a blast. Much better experience this go around. One game had an issue and before I left, I saw maintenance working on fixing it.
