The workers were really polite with a lot of patience. They made a little bit more of a shake so instead of throwing I got a leftovers.
The shake is tasty!
Because of that, I will be back again for sure!
Love Jamba Juice. Pretty loud (for obvious reasons), but not busy. Only had around four people inside. Food and presentation is perfect. The to go containers are reliable and easy to use. Indoor seating is closed due to covid, but there are tables outside. If you really need to sit, you can also go down to one of the many establishments nearby. There’s a picnic table just around the corner behind togos that overlooks the street. Pretty loud, but isolated from most customers. There are also Bike racks nearby.
Customer service was good. But they only had pretty much sweet smoothies. Not as healthy as I would have liked but I don't blame this local chain.
Visited this location on Thursday & I must give praise to Brody! He made my PB Mood perfectly! :)

Went in right before closing, and asked for a Pomagranate Paradise with soy boost. I received a "Wine smoothie." Fruit had obviously gone bad, as you can see in the bubbly leftovers in pic. Worst Jamba I've ever had!
Update: the manager reached out to offer to make it right. My second Pom Paradise was much better! Thanks Jamba for caring about your customers.
This is my favorite Jamba Juice location. I have been here countless times and have never had an issue. Everything always tastes how it is supposed to and made just how I ask them to make it. I mobile order here frequently and it is always ready when promised and I always get great customer service.
angel H makes the BEST smoothies. every time i go there and he’s there i get excited because he makes them thick with the right texture and consistency. everyone else makes them a lot more watery than i like. his are the best. def deserves a raise!
My daughter is a huge fan of jamba juice. So we take here a lot. Sometimes she gets frustrated with their ordering system. Today they rely on doing everything online. Which seems convenient....until it isn't because its on the fritz. So then your trying to prove you paid for your juice by showing them your phone. But they have no record of it. That can put a bur in your butt. And start your day off badly. As a business owner? I'd just give the poor person their juice. Who'd lie about that to get a free one? Its juice not a diamond?
Heather was very helpful. I don’t come here often and gave her a vague idea of what I was looking for. She gave me a few options and made it really fast and easy for me to get the perfect drink. I’m very happy

This was the first Jamba Juice I'd been to, and I LOVED IT! Fresh juice, yes please! Try the Watermelon-Strawberry smoothie during summer, it's divine. Pro tip: Register with Jamba Juice, and get a coupon for a free drink on (or after) your birthday. This location is pretty quiet, being hear suburban Livermore, so it's never too crowded. Once I tried to order something off the secret menu, and while the staff member couldn't do it, she was super kind and sweet explaining why she couldn't do it, instead of just brushing me off. If you're in the area and thirsty, go for it!
Rachel the manager and her co workers was so great . My order was at the wrong store and still made it for me . Right before they close . Thank you so much for excellent service . The general manager should acknowledge there excellent customer service !
Wow...so many customers, and only two employees holding the fort together (they were in serious need of reinforcements)! Great communications all around! Unending stacks of orders flying through every available Blendtec unit. Both Haley and Kieran deserve medals for unabated valor under pressure. And those smoothies...deliciously worthwhile waiting for. Keep on doing such a great job!
Standard Jamba juice except with quick, accurate service even during the "lunch rush". Bonus points for the cleanliness of the customer-only restroom. Big fan of customer-only policies so that I don't walk in on someone camping out in the restroom as they scrub themselves with a dishwashing sponge.
