One of the great constants in life, even with inflation over the course of my life you can always afford TLB amazing donuts. The hours are different and you can pay with cards now (instead of cash only) but the great taste is still the same.
The donuts are actually made on site. Not just proofed and baked. If you buy a dozen and they aren't all eaten that first day, they still taste good the next day. Great speciality items too. Looney bread is outstanding! Apple Fritters, yummy.
Phenomenal donuts we had the jelly stuffed and the custard stuffed chocolate and the cinnamon sugar. We came late at night and the friendly lady at the front and the entire staff were super nice and welcoming. Never going back to another donut stop as long as I’m in south east Michigan!!!
This was the best plain ol' donut and coffee stop this Seattle native has ever made. Incredible donuts made on site, and the coffee is actually extremely good too--could tell it was a fresh pot, smooth and mellow. And ridiculously affordable, made me feel like I was getting away with something, haha
Beloved spot. Great cake donuts, and when it was open 24 hours the best after drinking treat. Drive through is always crazy when it is open. Weekends expect a line but it moves fast and worth it
Very much so a donut shop. I thought they would have more pastries considering the name. Good selection of donuts, apple fritters, apple cinnamon, pumpkin, classic, etc. Service was kind. Indoor dining is currently closed. Donuts are fresh.
I stopped by while traveling for a coffee and a bagel and the were out of bagels. They gave me a fritter instead and it was the largest, most tasty fritter I’ve ever had. I’m only sad there isn’t a Looney Baker by my home or I’d make it part of my regular morning routine.
They are only take out they good sandwiches and daily soup choices. The donuts are good.i would recommend if you are hungry and in the area.
