Place looked a bit dirty and run down, but food and service was great. I did an online order and although it wasn't ready exactly as advertised, it wasn't a terrible wait (maybe 10m longer), everything we ordered as we ordered was correct. We'd definitely go back, the pad Thai was pretty good!
I visited the Livonia location for my first time eating Noodles & Co. Food was good, would have probably tasted great if it had enough/ more sauce. I paid extra for shrimp in my chicken dish and proportions were good. The staff seemed to need more training on menu items, and wait time wasnt bad for
I love their cheese bread and the chicken pot stickers are most awesome.
Convenient location. Decent menu options. Food is okay. Establishment isn't very tidy. Hair nets are not worn. A Customer was never waited on the entire time my order was being prepared. Cashier wasn't helpful as I mentioned to her that was my first time. Overrated. Definitely too high priced. My 3
The broth tasted ok in the chicken soup but there was like no chicken in it, there were WAY to many noodles, and I found a spaghetti noodle in mine. The pot stickers were flavorless and greasy/oily as hell. The store itself was ok I guess aside from the dirty menus and the order number things were d
Food would have probably tasted great, if it had enough sauce. I even paid the extra $1 for more sauce. You can see in the pictures what they gave me. The pics show the entire meal and it cost $12. Terrible. Then, the sign says to call and press “0” and the lady that answered was rude and said they
Opened late on my 30 min lunch hour. Waited 20 minutes for them to take my order Padthai and shrimp. Eggs burned and noodles stuck together in clumps.. minimum sauce and horrible under trained service. Workers standing around on phones.. never again. Used to be a class act. Not ant more!
I really wanted to try and like this place. I stood at the ordering counter for 10 minutes and watched the cashier argue with the 'cooks' over which order was ready. It seems 4 orders on the screen was enough to completely overwhelm a staff of 5.
