Ordered a $9 club lulu (sandwhich only) eat it a few hours later. Come to find out they forgot the best part.....LETTUCE

Have been ordering for while now when I first started it was great and now takes 30 min and still no food called store and get "we're short staffed sorry your food shouldn't come soggy said it was going out the door now and 10 min later still no food I won't be ordering again

Still drive thru only! At least 6 employees working inside without masks and customers are expected to order from the drive thru window and eat with dirty hands on their laps in their cars. Not the case at JJs without drive thrus BTW. Do yourself a favor and go to the Middlebelt location.

This is by far the best location ever!! I order just about every day from here for my spoiled daughter that goes to Frost Middle School. Delivery is always on time. Employees are always friendly and helpful even when the website is down by taking order verbally over the phone with no hesitation. Kee

I love this Jimmy John's. I don't eat much bread, and Jimmy John's does a great "Unwich"! I do wish they still used Romaine lettuce rather than standard head Lettuce, but it was still great!
