This Domino’s location is the best. We travel over 10 miles out of the way because the service is amazing! They are always professional and ensure that everything is is to our satisfaction, unlike the other location in Plymouth. Kudos Livonia! If I could give you a 10 I would!
Have ordered at this location no less than 10 times. Never had a single issue. Food is always hot, and drivers are courteous. They've earned my return business, and are my go-to for a quick dinner.
Like everywhere else, this place is understaffed and sometimes runs behind. But when I called to check on the status of an order for my teenagers, I was wowed by the care and compassion of the young guy they had answering the phone, his name was Ethan. Great customer service skills!
This store is the most consistent pizza place I've ever ordered from. Most of the time we'll order from somewhere and it might be good the first time but after that it's not so great. This store is consistently yummy. The order is the same every time we order it. It's not too saucy one time or burnt the next. They never forget anything. And the drivers are always, always nice. I usually get a different driver every time too. That says to me that they are treated well. The entire staff must be trained well and they obviously hire people that will fit-in. No complaints at all and we order from them at least a couple times a month.
Best fast food experience since before March 2020!! Placed my order it was ready quickly, it was complete, looked great, and tasted great. But what really put them over the top was this was the first fast food place I've been in since the shut down where all the employees were smiling and extremely pleasent while being on top of their game and putting the fast back in fast food 🌟
