The manager Iris was super helpful to me when I was needing a receipt for an order I place a week ago. She was patient enough to find my receipt and email it to me. My wife and I were surprised at how well the food was prepared and tasted. In recent years Taco Bell's have been less than consistent. Mediocre at best.
However the wait was long. I would say it was because of the shortage of workers. But there were four people working with only the guy working the window and one lady doing food prep seemed to be doing all the work. Two younger male workers just seemed to be there. No real contributions.
I can say the restaurant was actually very clean other than a water leak that overtook the floor.
I could do without the replaying of the same two annoying advertisements on the TV. They could trash the TV's since they do not enhance the eating experience or at least put on a news or sporting event.
They took 25 minutes to complete an order of 5items. They "lost" my order. The manager never came to window or even apologize. I called as soon as I left the restaurant. I asked for manager. She hung up on me. I kept trying to call back and the phone was continually with a busy signal. After I ate.... because medically necessary ...I went back to restaurant to ask to be compensated. Both managers were rude. And the young man manager told me he didn't have to release any names of upper management nor did he give me a customer complaint hotline. They suck
very enexpensive 6 taco's, Cinni- donut holes, 2 orders of Dorito French Fries and 2 Large Sweet Tea's- Total Cost= $21.00!!
