I wouldn't be as annoyed if it wasn't a common thing for them to be very inconsistent with drinks and to make so many errors. First off I ordered a hot peppermint mocha latte. Their featured item. They make a cold iced one and I have them correct it to only receive a half cup of it as if its normal.
