nicer area and a different store than I frequent but all are okay ,but this is my getaway store from the others and close, the kids are nice, I am a Dunkin hopper: we have frequented so many Dunkin Donuts shops north to South and west and east you name it we tried alot ,. , lol , I have reasons why I do miss the one on 159th, nostalgic, my hubby and I really enjoyed our little car spot at the handicapped spaces, he was 100% handicapped and since passed : he got mad when he got the wrong donut sometimes, frosted not glazed chocolate and super hot coffee extra sugar and drank it like it did not affect him, I miss those days with him. and that is my DD story. Sometimes I would drive by and remember,
New DD just opened in Lockport.

Coffee is great, staff is friendly. The lines are horrible! waited 20 inside the store for a cup of coffee. Outside lines were awful too. We need another one ASAP
Except for the congestion, this crew deserves a 5 star rating...always pleasant at this location!!
I love Dunkin' Donuts so much I go every morning! As soon as I wake up and back in afternoon for there ice coffee ☕️ love all the crew! They know me and sometimes they have my order ready when they see my car! I love the whole crew like family!

I go here frequently and always have a good experience. The staff is friendly, if not a little rushed, but that's understandable as they always have a ton of people coming through. Their dining room is closed, so when we had a wrong item included in our order today, I had to walk up to the drive thru window to correct it. They made it right though and threw in some hash browns to make up for it.
By far the best Dunkin I have ever been to. They are so fast and everything is always amazing! Everyone is very friendly as well!
I very seldom give five stars but, this Dunkin Donuts truly deserves it. I go to this location almost every morning before work and from the person that takes my order in the drive thru to the person that gives me my purchase the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! If you want to start your day out with a smile on your face and have the BEST customer service ever, you owe to yourself to visit this location!!! I promise you, you will thank me later.
Lamina is the best! She always gets the drinks right and has a great attitude. Every Dunkin' should have an employee like her.

You can hear it in their voices, they sound, happy to serve you, I go through drive up window, order at least 4 samwitch'es, coffee, and this place is the fastest service drive up window, never have they messed up my order, you can see at the window, the workers have a fun atmosphere, As a drivethrew person, on my way to work, I LOVE going through
