Lady at the window is very rude. I was the only car in the drive Thu. This is a picture of my fries because I ordered regular fries and she gave me curly fries she said that the curly fries are there regular fries. And very rudely she said you mean crinkle fries and this is what I got. Total waste o

Food excellent. Their Ruben sandwich is one of my favorites along with any of their shakes. The perfect place to share a cool drink with a warm friend.

Top go to Arbys. Last couple times I've been wanting fast food this is the place to go. Always good and never mess up orders. Very kind staff.

Had roast beef sliders with Swiss cheese. Very good. Drive thru, in and out.

I told myself I wouldn’t make public posts about my complaints but it’s getting out of hand. I love Arbys and the Lockport location is the closest to my house but sadly I will never be visiting again. I’ve called and complained to the store and no one would pick up the phone half of the time. Custom

Food is good. Employees are friendly. Some people on here have some high standards for fast food but in Lockport that’s not surprising.

Seem to always forget something to our order. Food can be luke warm at best they just can't pull it all together

They added fries to my bill, that I did not order, but did not add it in my bag. How many times can these places mess up orders? I understand finding good employees is hard, but matching items from a receipt to a bag is not a difficult task.
