It was OK. And that's being generous. I always get the bowl meal for my special needs son, and at least 40% of the time, they forget the cookie. I swear, the person who saves the company the most money by "forgetting" the cookie, must get a bonus. I always check now.
Update:
Now that people are getting back to work,
this location is open more. The workers seem better trained and seem more helpful. I still have to check for the cookie, but now they only forget it 20% of the time.

It was good, the Doritos Locos taco was prepared great and not thrown in the bag like other reviews say. This place does not deserve the bad reputation it gets.

Horrible experience! Manager was working the drive thru, still terrible. Lunchtime manager had a horrible attitude.
Gave them another try tonight, and they proceeded to screw up my order more than the last time. Then asked for more money when I had it corrected. This place is by far the worst fast food place I've ever dealt with. They need to just shut down if they can't figure out how to fill a order. I mean seriously.

I have not been to this taco bell in over a year due to bad experiences, however for some reason my fiance and I stopped there today. we were blown away as our food looked exactly like the picture in the advertisement and tasted fresh and delightful. nothing like what we were expecting. keep up the good work. this was the team working on Sunday April 10th at 12:30pm.

I ordered 1 Steak nacho fries burrito, 2 beefy 5 layer, beefy melt burrito, 2 crunch wrap supreme, and 1 spicy potatoes soft taco and I got an extra spicy potatoes taco and they didn’t give my beefy melt burrito. They need to pay attention to what the customers are ordering and when you call the store, of course no answer. I will not be visiting this restaurant again 😡

The food was gross. Honestly the worst taco bell I've been to. Got a crunch wrap that tasted a tad off on first bite and that's where I should have stopped. Was puking it up about 15mins later. Would not go back. Who knows how old the product is.

Every time I go here, I say to myself NEVER AGAIN, but I think this is truly it. The food is gross. Was here on the 10th. By far the worst Taco Bell anywhere in the world.
