Customer service was good but this burger was not cooked well. The bottom bun was extremely greasy and it was very cold. I’ve eaten here several times but this time was an exception to the rule.
One of the newest that we have been to. Fast service, clean and open seating area with plenty of parking. Ordered the BGO Bacon Cheese Burger and Chicken Sandwich both were fresh, hot and tasty. If you're in the area make this your fast food place.

We went through the drive through. It was slow but I can understand that it was lunchtime. The food was awful. I had the impossible meal. The lettuce was shredded the burger was cold and limp. I usually go to the Burger King on North Druid Hill and the Impossible meal there is always good.
This location has only been open for 4 norms and they are already the worst location in this city. The managers are extremely rude especially the woman with the short orange or red hair. She took a customer’s wrong order and tossed it across the way to the trash and said she is getting aggravated
