Firehouse is hands down one of the top Cache Valley pizza places. I even had a birthday party here once! And although I'm writing this to get a free fhzzookie, everything I say here is true. And Fhzzookies are freaking good. I would be ordering one even if I had to pay for it! Cheers!

Wow! This is probably my favorite restaurant of all time. The pizza is so good and has so many varieties! Their lunch special is also incredible. I mean, pizza, the focaccia bread, and a drink for only $10??? Amazing.
The service is also great and fast. I'd highly recommend to anyone coming to Cache Valley (or even just Northern Utah)!
Came on a weekday and we were seated almost immediately. Can't say anything bad about the pizza or the salads. Great food!

I’ll definitely be coming back. First off, the focaccia by itself is just fine but whatever alfredo sauce they serve it with is absolutely delicious.
The pizza was overall pretty good too, though it suffers a little bit from the same problem as The Factory with not enough sauce (maybe this is becoming a personal preference of mine). But it’s a good slice that definitely has the fire oven taste.
Why I’m giving this place 5 stars is the cost of everything. This food fed me and my girlfriend, gave us leftovers to take home, and the grand total was only $15 (with student coupon). That’s value for your wallet.

Lots of gluten free options. They can make all the pastas and pizzas gluten free. The salad that comes with the lunch special doesn't come with croutons, so that was a nice not to worry about. They told me they have a gluten free bread if I had wanted that instead of the salad.
I was really excited to see all the options on the menu and the gluten free options so clearly marked on the menu. They have a gluten free fh'zzookie or something like that and I'll definitely be returning to try that! **
I tried the brisket gluten free pizza. The pizza was deliciously saucy. The crust is thin but soft in a good way (possibly from the sauce and toppings).
**Update: I returned to try the gluten free fh'zzookie. The waitress told me the cookie base changes flavors every few months or so. When I went it was a peanut butter cookie base. It was tasty though I wished it was bigger. (We only came for dessert this time.) It was the same size as the regular non-gluten-free fh'zzookie my husband got, so that was nice to see. Next time I go I hope the cookie base is different.
This place was extremely packed but they do a great job of getting people in and out. They do pizza and pasta very well I really enjoyed the western barbecue pizza. The chicken Cordon Bleu pasta was excellent as well as the salads. It’s definitely time they should probably open a third location in the valley besides just in Smithfield and in Providence people seem to enjoy it.
This place has been good to me and my family for 10+ years. Love their pastas and pizza!! Stone cooked is the way to go. The focaccia bread is to die for.

Excellent place to get some pizza, pasta, sandwiches, and salads. I’ve had one of each and plan on returning! The food is a little greasy, so don’t expect to get a healthy meal — but if you’re looking for some absolutely delicious comfort food, this is your place!
4 Stars, Firehouse combo pizza, was a bite floppy, could have been cooked longer. The crust was ok, and topping were fine but again needed to be cooked a little longer. Overall above average pizza.

Delicious pizzas! Ratatouille, Hawaiian, and bbq chicken were all fantastic. I loved their cookie ice cream thing too (I got the butterbeer); brought in a hot little skillet.
Probably the best service in the valley, and the food is incredible. Pasta is perfectly cooked and most of it is shrouded in fresh cheese, oven baked to produce this fantastic crust derived straight from heaven. Drinks are always full, and the wait staff is both friendly and professional. Plenty of room for a company or large family party and very fast service.
The service was prompt, the pizza was tasty enough, a bit oily, but the mango lemonade was great. The breadsticks were a bit burnt. And the tiny cookie with ice cream was a tad undercooked but tasty.
Update: They do offer Gluten-free options. Their is a risk if cross contamination. There is a less of risk earlier in the day when they open.
Love their food every time i go and almost anything i get! Lunch special is such a great deal. The starter with the bread & dips is always a favorite and I’m not even a bread person!
