Artic Circle has the best milk shakes period. Had the two piece halibut with a strawberry shake. Excellent!

I've been to this particular Arctic Circle twice fairly recently. It's clean, it's in good repair, and the food is decent, though it is what it is: fast food. The ice cream is slightly above average. I do struggle with the price point of this (and most other fast food joints) in the last few years..
Great shakes. Not sure about the service. There's always employees standing around and it seams like we wait longer while they talk. The shakes are yummy but aren't always mixed to the bottom but so good regardless.
Usually an excellent place for lunch, not so much today. The bathrooms needed cleaning. Our mushroom burger and quarter lb 'n cheddar burger were hardly warm at all. The staff seemed overwhelmed, perhaps understaffed.
