The Margaritas are to die for
The food was so good
We will come back
Back in the area after a decade away and the restaurant is even better than it was before the move. Top notch food at a very reasonable price. I wish I'd gotten our server's name today. She was exceptional.
It's unfortunate she had to deal with customers like those in the booth behind us who, as we were about to leave, claimed they'd been waiting 45 minutes for their food. Seeing how they'd been there MAYBE 20 minutes, that person's time-keeping skills are lacking. As proof of how awesome she is, the server handled the matter apologetically (it's that customer who should be sorry) and with the pinnacle of diplomacy. You go to a restaurant for a made-to-order meal, it's going to take some time if you want the stuff cooked right. If you want in and out in two minutes, go to Wendy's.
My wife and I, however, are highly satisfied with you and we look forward to returning again and often.
This place is known for The Best Steaks in the Tri-State .. I haven’t been to it in almost 25 years til last night .. I took my Love Barbie because I have always talked about the best steaks ever .. We ordered a New York strip and a 12 oz Sirloin and they was the Thickest and Best steaks we have had EVER !!!!! Don’t miss out on this Great Steak House !! It will only take one time going to it to realize that you have been missing out on how a steak really should be ...
We tried out the World Famous Jack's Steakhouse. Loved the loaded fries....mmm.... I had to get a box. There was so many vegetables & mashed potatoes. Very very filling!!! Excellent amount of food for the price! The waitress rocked too. ;-)
The food was delicious and they have awesome lunch specials! $6.25 for a cheeseburger (they have other options besides a burger too), 2 sides and dessert! Kids meal was like $4 and it came with quite a bit. Plus, a pint of bud light was $5.50. I'll be back next time I'm in town!
Jack's steakhouse was perfect for what we wanted. Jack's has a low key, old school, down home, friendly vibe which is perfect. My gf and i loved it. Bobbie our waitress was awesome. She was very friendly and attentive. We ordered the large Pretzel with Spicy Queso and it was a great app. The cheese tasted amazing. I ordered the 16 oz Ribeye (I was starving) and my gf ordered the 8 oz sirloin. Both were seasoned with thier house seasoning , hot off the grill and grill perfectly. They tasted AMAZING!!! You definitely want to stop by and give Jack's a try. You will not be disappointed. Yummmm!
The place isn't fancy but it's soo good! Very cozy and the staff make you feel very welcome. We had steaks (t-bone and ribeye) here last night because we heard such great things about it, and it exceeded our expectations. We thought about trying other diners and ended right back here. Full bar. Portions are good as well as the prices!
Food was good. The girl who served us was very kind. Be aware, the menu online says breakfast is served all day, it is not. The waitress told us they stop serving at 12. I had the Lobster bisque, my family had the chicken tenders. Chicken tenders were very yummy and juicy. Soup was good. Kids enjoyed the meal and the waitress was patient. I gave only 4 stars since I haven't tried actual steaks.
This was our first time at Jack’s Steak House as we were on vacation from Northern Ohio. Cozy diner-style restaurant with very friendly staff who seated and served us right away.
Their pickle fries are amazing! Not super greasy or mushy, just the perfect crunch. My husband got their Monster Jack burger and I got their New York Strip, medium rare. Oh. My. Heaven! Tenderest steak I’ve ever had!!! Cooked and seasoned to perfection. My husband’s burger was massive and equally as delicious. Steamed vegetables were perfect with a slight crunch. Fries cooked to golden crisp on all sides.
I wish we lived closer. We’d make this a once every couple months visit! Prices are fair, portions are enough to take home for another meal, and staff was wonderful. 10/10 would recommend anyone visiting Hocking Hills/Logan area! Happy Birthday again to our waitress, she was very kind.
I would love to give this place 5 ⭐ however, this is why I didn't. Let me explain.
This was our first time eating here. My wife and I brought my elderly mother and, when we pulled in I was looking for signs or something informing me where the handicap section was. Didn't see anything so, I parked as close to the entrance as I could. Mom uses a walker had a decent walk to the front entrance and there were stairs. Mom doesn't do well with stairs. With that being said. It wasn't until after we drove off my wife looked back at the building and noticed on the other side of the building there was a ramp and handicap parking spots. Now, as for the food it was amazing I ordered the Monster Jack burger and 😲 it was delicious 😋 We would return. But, definitely know now where to park. Would like to see signs or something telling where handicap parking is. Especially for our of Towner's etc. Waitress was awesome too 😉
