It was my first time at a Buona beef and it was really tasty, although they did give my order to someone else, they promptly gave me my correct order plus one of thier chocolate chip cookies, that was also very tasty. The staff was really friendly and polite. Will definitely go back.

My family and I came in on a Saturday night around 6 p.m., surprisingly it was fairly empty when we got there. The three of us placed our order and went and sat down, but the food was taking quite a while. I went to inquire and the manager assured me that it would be out shortly. About three minutes later our food did come out, and the manager, Joey, gave us an extra order of fries to apologize for the extra wait time! As always- the food was great, service was friendly, and management is excellent. We will definitely be back (as we always are).

Drove through, finally tried their beef sandwich Rizzoli style and was very happy. Best beef I've had in a long time. We also ordered a burger and Tuscan chicken sandwich, great reviews there too.

I love their Beefs & Burgers but I don't care for their fries. Prices are reasonable. Free but limited parking. Love when they have their "National Beef Day" which beefs are half off. They offer a rewards program as well

The guy at the window, very helpful and professional. Then he brought my order to my car. Was he the only person there?...doing an awesome job? .LOL, he was a pleasure..and as always my Buona chopped salad with salmon,solid. The bread they have is phenomenal! Wish they wouldn't skimp. But I understand it is from Canada, so maybe it's the pandemic serving size.

Service was amazing. The soup I order was out. The manager refunfed what I paid for the soup and gave me a free roll. The roll was delicious & I went to buy one & he had more made. I got them fresh out of the oven, also free of charge. The rest of our party's food was perfect.

Man I love this place! The beef, sausage, burgers, fries, salads. Just not crazy about the pizza. Will give it another whirl in about 2 years. People great. Place great. Except in Lombard restaurant. Leaky roof everywhere. Most of the workers seemed kinda dopey. Like not on the ball. Everyother store I've been in ok. Odd. And it was a Saturday close to 5pm!

Burgers, hotdogs, ribs...this place had it all. I had the half rack o' ribs and regretted it because I should have had the full rack! The meat literally fell off the bone when I tried to share some (so tell your friends you can't share). The sauce - seasoning combination worked and instead of competing for taste buds. They were the best ribs I've had in a long time.

I'm a simple man with simple tastes. I also happen to love Italian beef, especially when it's drowning in au jus (Buona calls this "baptized"). Their burgers are above average as well. They used to char the edges of the patties just enough, but even without the char they're nice and juicy. The red onions are nice and fresh, and the pickles are probably the best ones I've had on a fast food burger. The fact that this Buona location is pretty close to my house is a huge plus. Also, unlike other Italian beef chains in the area, this specific Buona appears to put extra effort into not screwing up drive-through orders, as they've consistently gotten mine right. As I said, simple man, simple tastes.

I love Buona Beef! Better than Potillos, although I like them a lot too! Beef is juicy and has a very good flavoring. Sausage is great too! Why are these stores only in the Chicago area?
