We were just there and it was 6:20pm the assistant manager Carole walks up as I wanted to place an order for 2 bulets of pretzel dogs and she tells me No I jist put the equipment away and we close in 20 min. When I checked online they were open until 8pm. Carol you need to be fired, the company does not deserve a lazy, incompetent person such as yourself wasting time and money...yes you CAROL ASSISTANT MANAGER AT THE YORKTOWN MALL AUNTIE ANNE'S

I would give them 0 stars but there is no option for it. Unfriendly staff... they are doing food contamination. When I told them about it, it was as if they were telling me to buzz off. They dip the pork mini dogs in the same water as the regular pretzels. They refuse to change the dirty water that I show in the picture. I urge all vegetarians, Muslims and Jewish not to go there

I was here yesterday and the women making the mini hot dogs is disgusting she dropped the mini hot dogs, grabbed them with her dirty gloves and put them back, that's freaken disgusting and the guy that was making the pretzels was so upset and the same women they were both working with such attitude like they didn't even want to be there, BUT at the cash register the older lady OMGGGGG the whole time with a smile and so pleasant, she was super nice!!!!! You can actually see her huge smile even with her mask on!!!! I'll give her 100 stars!!!! The other 2 should quit if they don't like their job.....

Thy need to be fired. Unmotivated maybe, short staff maybe. Not our problem as customers. No word said when I offered to wait for pepperoni pretzels. No telling you the wait time. Just staring down at you in his sunglasses.

Went to the Yorktown mall location and was told with 40 minutes left that they were no longer making any more pretzels. Complete bull if you ask me. That is the simple and easiest way to lose customers. Plus the little girl who told me this gave me nothing but attitude while sharing this information with me. I’ll drive an extra 20-30 minutes now just to not go to this location.

Ordered a small, classic nuggets. As advertised (clearly) on their menu. Was told they were promoting/only serving the large. So I asked, so why can't I get a small? Response was, because we're promoting the large. Again, why is that? Response, because that's what we're doing. Goodbye. Forever.

Mini-dog filled pretzel bites. Nothing else needs to be said. Except maybe cheese sauce. Yeah thats it. Wait.. cinnamon pretzel bites. Ok now I'm done.
