Always a good spot to get a tasty and toasty sub. Great options, and sandwiches are easy to customize. They also have the best Mac and cheese of any chain establishment. Recommended.

I love their milkshakes. Probably the best shake I've ever had. I also love the rest of their food. They have great salads apart from their sandwiches. Service is always great when I go there and for a time I are there 5 days a week. So I would I know! Friendly, fast and polite.

I go to this Potbelly at least once per week. Potbelly has my favorite quick service sub, which is their Avo Turkey. If their cookies are fresh, they're also some of the best around, particularly the chocolate brownie cookie. This location has had some staffing issues recently but I mean, it's a pandemic, so it's understandable. It hasn't negatively impacted my weekly experience much.

Even though the employees were efficent, it seemed like too long to wait for a sandwhich
2 people ahead of me, 1 ordered 4 sandwiches and I ordered just 1. Total time to get food and pay was nearly 20minutes. The subs are warmed up. Good quality food.

Clean, fast and speedy sandwiches. I have been coming to this location for over 4 years and the service is always great. The meatball loaded with extra peppers is my favorite. Plenty of seating and outdoor seating for the summer. Place is close to Yorktown mall and in a busy area but parking is never an issue.

I'm a vegan, and I thought that perhaps the vegan options might not be very satisfying. But they were! Garden veggie soup and Mediterranean w/o chicken was delicious and satisfying. Thanks for the friendly staff member who helped me order as well!

Went there as part of a fundraiser for our swim team. The sandwiches were very good and the service was great. But what was fantastic was the generosity of the store to give back to our local team. I'll go here again!

Potbelly is always a sure thing. No matter which one you go to, chances are they will all taste the same and you'll get the same quality.
This one is no different. The location may be a little bit of a pain to get into, as it gets busy during lunch, but its close by many businesses where you may be doing your shopping. The seating area is decent, was clean, and had plenty of open tables, and I went at about 1 p.m. I usually get A Wreck, and I enjoy it.
They for some reason no longer have sour cream and onion chips though, so if you like those, don't go to this location because you won't find them.
