I don’t usually review these types of establishments but I must say this Dunkin’ is awesome! Manager and employees are amazing. Come through, grab a coffee and a donut and enjoy this wonderfully cared-for location.

This one always gets my orders promptly and correctly. I also go to the one on Ogden and frankly I always have to check the bag there but not in Lombard. They're also genuinely friendly and happy to see you.
A+++ location! These are some of the nicest and coolest DD employees anywhere. I drive out of my way just to come to this location and I always get greeted by my first name when I walk in. More than just coffee here .. Friendly faces who are always really cool.

I was just at this location and My toddler was screaming in the drive thru. When I got to the window the kind woman asked if he liked munchkins. I said yes. She gave me a few plus a donut for myself free of charge. She made my whole day, possibly even week. I felt seen as a mother and was so gratefu
Best. Dunkin. Ever. Friendly staff who know their regular's orders and most importantly: they don't screw up orders. (At least in my experience). The only downside is there's no drive thru, but I can look past that since every other dunkin around is trash!
