this is the best Jimmy John’s location!!! seriously i am spoiled living by the Lombard shop, any time i get Jimmy John’s anywhere else, its terrible in comparison! the wraps are always made picture perfect everytime, and you can tell its because the owner takes pride in his training and consistency.

I've ordered online delivery from this place several times and have been pleasantly surprised. Deliveries were quick and the food was fresh. On my last order, the manager ACTUALLY CALLED ME saying they ran out of 9 grain bread. So I got a lettuce wrap instead. The mgr threw in 2 free chocolate chip

I eat at any number of Jimmy John's restaurants (with about 4 a short drive from home and/or work) and this one is by far my favorite. Food is consistently excellent, customers are polite and friendly. If you go to any fast food restaurant often enough, you'll have a bad experience sooner or later
We love the Gargantuan and since the chain is no longer owned by the too political founder can patronize the chain again. The Lombard location is a few doors from my investment people. Very convenient. Adequate parking too.

I saw some not so great reviews on here of this location, but I've never had a bad experience! I order my kids lunch and they deliver it to the school. They do a great job!
